Twelve authors provide their perspectives on human ingenuity and usefulness as we try to find our place among the stars. From battletested to brokenhearted, humans are capable of amazing things. Humans Wanted shows not only what we are, but how awesome we can be.
Werewolves are considered by most in the wizarding world to be inhuman, not worthy of having the same rights and freedoms that they do. Remus Lupin knows that he's a monster, that he's something to be reviled and feared. He knows that he can never reveal his secret to his best friends, but when he's forced to write 'Monster' in his own blood, keeping secrets is no longer an option.
It's the day after what the Daily Prophet has coined 'The Battle of Hogwarts'. Lavender Brown, assumed dead, is saved by the slightest twitch of her hand. As she recovers, this happy-go-lucky girl grows bitter and withdrawn.
When Lavender discovers that the Second Wizarding War is not over, she is faced with a choice that will change all who know her forever.

Athena-goddess of wisdom, handicraft, and strategic warfare. Her symbols include the olive tree and owl. She doesn’t like Poseidon. Athena demi-bloods in this book: Andrew Wing, Mei Zhu Wong, Thomas Hornsby
Hades-god of the underworld. Hades is one of the three sons of Kronos, and they led the battle against Kronos. When they defeated Kronos, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus drew straws to see who got which realm of the world. Hades drew the short stick and got the underworld/earth. He and his brothers are referred to as “The Big 3” along with Zeus and Poseidon. Hades is the king of the underworld and doesn’t like Zeus. He is married to Persephone, the goddess of flowers and queen of the underworld. Hades demi-bloods in this book: James Prince, Connor Lynn
Zeus-god of the sky and lightning. Zeus is one of the three sons of Kronos, and they led the battle against Kronos. When they defeated Kronos, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus drew straws to see who got which realm of the world. Zeus got the longest and claimed the sky. He and his brothers are referred to as the ‘Big Three.’ He is the king of the Olympians, married to Hera, and is the father of most of the gods. Zeus demi-bloods in this book: Warren Craden
Poseidon-god of the sea and earthquakes. Poseiden is one of the three sons of Kronos, and they led the battle against Kronos. When they defeated Kronos, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus drew straws to see who got which realm of the world. Poseiden drew the middle straw and got the sea. He and his brothers are referred to as “The Big 3” along with Zeus and Hades. Poseidon created horses and lives in an undersea palace. He doesn’t like Athena. Poseidon demi-bloods in this book: Finn Adams, Cameron Kari
Hephaestus-god of blacksmiths, metalworking, carpenters, artisans, fire, and volcanoes. He was cast off from Mount Olympus by his mother, Hera, and lives in his forge, which is inside a volcano. He has a crippled leg and was married to Aphrodite. Hephaestus demi-bloods in this book: Sterling Flame, Abidemi Amaechi
Hera- goddess of marriage. Hera is married to Zeus but doesn’t like him because of his many girlfriends. She has no demi-bloods in this book.
Artemis- goddess of the moon, maidens, childbirth and the hunt. She is Apollo’s sister. She made an oath to never marry, but then she met John Thornton… Artemis demi-bloods in this book: Isabelle Thornton

Ares- god of war. Ares is dating Aphrodite. Ares demi-bloods in this book: Tom Falor, Fred Forvious

Aeolus- god of the air. He is the controller of the winds and ruler of the floating island of Aeolia. Aeolus demi-bloods in this book: Gertrude Kahlert
Tithonus- Greek god of decay. He was granted immortality but was not given eternal youth and became the god of decay. There are no demi-bloods of his in this book.
Kronos-greek titan of time. He is also called Cronus or Cronos. Cronos is the most accurate name for Kronos/Cronos/Cronus, though because of Rick Riordan’s usage of the name we chose Kronos. He is the father of the twelve major gods and ate all of them except for Zeus, who was rescued by Kronos' wife, the titan Rhia. Rhia fed Kronos a rock instead of Zeus, which made Kronos throw up the rest of the Olympians. Zeus defeated his father which made him ruler of Olympus, and Kronos was thrown into Tartarus, where he abided, plotting revenge. There are no Kronos demi-bloods in this book because it’s hard to have children in an abyss.
Thanatos-greek god of death. His brother, Hypnos, is god of sleep, and his sisters, the Keres, are specialized in violent deaths. He works as Hades’ servant. There are no Thanatos demi-bloods in this book.

I'm going to have to push pause on this story, since I can only go up through what is posted. Ta_ma_ha doesn't write very often...
I am so sorry. Ta_ma_ha is still working on the story, but Again, I am incredibly sorry for the delay, and once I finish with my current solo project, then I will become active with an actual Harry Potter fanfic with the working title of The Horcrux Lords.
When browsing for stories to read you see so many beautiful covers on stories. Have you ever wanted one but you didn't have the time? If so come here and put a request in. I will have it done ASAP.
I am bad at advertising too. Wow. Please use, I can make covers. That is one of my few talents. : )
This book is set during the events of Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone. Nothing is changed, we just get the entire journey from the perspective of Draco. Even though not a single line of dialogue is altered, there are many surprising new insights and explanations as to why events happened the way they did.

Forces surge in the darkness that threaten to topple the already fragile world. The plight of the world of Avern is not unknown, however, and those that watch from a distance have decided to intervene. The mortals are sleeping, however, unknowing that two great powers will soon by vying for control. Then something happens that changes things. A young princess makes a bid for power by murdering her father. She then attempts to murder her sister, the crown princess of Lineria, Keiara. Despite a true strike, aided by dark powers, Keiara doesn’t die. Instead, the strike pierces the barrier between her human soul and the soul sleeping within her, the soul of the Dark Phoenix. More than a goddess, the Dark Phoenix is the legendary mother of the gods. She is a part of the Eternal Phoenix that brought life to their world eons ago, one of the primal forces of the cosmos.

Twenty-six year old Jacoline Holcombe believes herself quite firmly on the shelf. Faced with an unfulfilling silent life, she abandons all propriety, dresses in men's clothing, and goes fencing with her brother. There, due to terrible luck and even worse planning, "Jack" is introduced to - and tries to curtsy to - the reserved and unapproachable Duke of Aspen.
Aspen is scarred over most of his face and body. He is accustomed to fending off the advances of fortune hunters and their mothers and has never known a woman to want anything more from him. Self-conscious and cynical, he dislikes social occasions and avoids the company of women. Faced with an awkward and oddly effeminate young man, however, he goes out of his way to be kind.
Believing her a gentleman, Aspen shows Jacoline a man's life in Regency-era London and trusts her with his secrets. But as much as Jacoline comes to respect and love the Duke of Aspen, she is living a lie and the truth would ruin her. She does not know that her actions also risk exposing her brother's secret: an illegal male lover and a family hidden from the world. After Aspen discovers Jacoline's lies and the house of cards begins to fall, Jacoline must beg the man she secretly loves to save her brother...

A sexy novel about two seventeen-year-olds—one a victim of human trafficking; the other the son of the man who enslaved her—who fall in love and question everything they ever believed…
THIS IS A STORY ABOUT SACRIFICE . . . DEATH . . . LOVE . . . FREEDOM. THIS IS A STORY ABOUT FOREVER.
Seventeen-year-old Haven Antonelli has never known freedom. From the time she was a little girl, she and her mother have been slaves— victims of human trafficking orchestrated by a vast Mafia network. But when Haven attempts to escape and is caught, one man gives her a choice: go with him or die. Agreeing to leave with Dr. Vincent DeMarco, Haven arrives at his home and meets the doctor’s defiant—yet intriguing—son Carmine. Though Carmine’s privileged upbringing is a world away from hers, Haven senses the things they share. And soon her tenuous friendship with Carmine blossoms into an unexpected love.
Carmine has breezed through life breaking every rule, scorning attachments— until he meets this strange, timid girl his father has brought home. Her innocence draws him in a way he cannot understand, and makes him feel in ways he never thought he’d experience. And when he learns the Mafia isn’t through with her, he becomes bent on protecting her . . . no matter the cost.
Muggle and magical illnesses are separate. Until they’re not. Harry has always had a discernable enemy. This time, he’s fighting an invisible and indiscriminate threat. Part of the Cuts universe.
Aberdeen Juna Wolfsbane was honestly just like most girls her age. She loved her friends fiercely. She loved boys and Quidditch (watching, definitely not playing). She enjoyed her fair share of gossiping, and shopping and like most bright wizards of her age she couldn’t wait to graduate so she could take her Auror test. While her life had ups and downs like everyone else's, she thought herself to be rather lucky. She had a good father, a roof over her head, and a wonderful group of girlfriends to share the pits and falls of teenhood with. And just like everyone else, she attempted to find herself with war looming closer and closer every day. However, there were some things about Dean that she happily attributed to only herself. She was the only person she knew who could lick her own elbow for one. For two, she was probably the only girl at Hogwarts who couldn’t stand Sirius Black. Only a 16-year-old could juggle drama, friendship, love, and war and hold them all at the same level of importance. Dean’s life is changing, whether she wants it to or not. She and her friend's lives will never be the same.
A slow-burn Sirius Black x OC fanfiction.

Have fun reading!
