Twelve authors provide their perspectives on human ingenuity and usefulness as we try to find our place among the stars. From battletested to brokenhearted, humans are capable of amazing things. Humans Wanted shows not only what we are, but how awesome we can be.
My mission: Draco Malfoy.
I have to make sure he follows through with his job to kill Dumbledore. The problem? The last time I saw Draco, he begged me to stay with him, and I left anyways. I must be in disguise for this to work, but I know it's only a matter of time before he realizes it's me…
"Do you remember the last time you saw me? When you left me standing alone after I told you I loved you?"
"How could I forget?"
This one-shot story was written for Midnight_Slytherin's One-Shot Chosen Ship Challenge, but you probably already knew that because of the title. This ship is Fred/Hermione.
Happy Reading :)
Draco dumped me over something that happened eight months ago when we were kind of on a break, and then gets angry when I start talking to the new guy Leo Ryder. Luna Lovegood is crying all over the place. Seamus Finnigan is a loose canon. Harry is acting strange and to top it off, I'm tripping over dead bodies again. So what is it that ties us all together? We all found ourselves as suspects in the murder of Dean Thomas.
Sequel to Unusual Suspects
After the war, Harry and Ginny became further in their relationship. But Harry will find out something that changes him. Will he be able to cope or will his losses catch up with him? (This is my first fanfic so sorry if it is bad)
A squib, related to Harry Potter? Is that even possible?
Twenty-six year old Jacoline Holcombe believes herself quite firmly on the shelf. Faced with an unfulfilling silent life, she abandons all propriety, dresses in men's clothing, and goes fencing with her brother. There, due to terrible luck and even worse planning, "Jack" is introduced to - and tries to curtsy to - the reserved and unapproachable Duke of Aspen.
Aspen is scarred over most of his face and body. He is accustomed to fending off the advances of fortune hunters and their mothers and has never known a woman to want anything more from him. Self-conscious and cynical, he dislikes social occasions and avoids the company of women. Faced with an awkward and oddly effeminate young man, however, he goes out of his way to be kind.
Believing her a gentleman, Aspen shows Jacoline a man's life in Regency-era London and trusts her with his secrets. But as much as Jacoline comes to respect and love the Duke of Aspen, she is living a lie and the truth would ruin her. She does not know that her actions also risk exposing her brother's secret: an illegal male lover and a family hidden from the world. After Aspen discovers Jacoline's lies and the house of cards begins to fall, Jacoline must beg the man she secretly loves to save her brother...
Ginny is tired of people not knowing who she really is. These are her thoughts.

From her dark hair sweeping below her waist to her soft, sexy curves, Tenley Page intrigues tattoo artist Hayden Stryker in a way no one else ever has…especially when she asks him to ink a gorgeous, intricate design on her back. Yet for all her beauty, there is something darkly tragic and damaged about Tenley that Hayden is everything.
As Harry Potter slays the Basilisk in the Chamber of Secrets, blood and venom get in his eyes, mostly blinding him. While Harry learns to adapt, he makes some new friends. But this is more than a story of adaptation and friendship as there are threats... and Harry isn't the only one with a past that haunts him.
Canon compliant except for the use of the Accio charm by a first year. Lots of disabled original characters. Crossposted on AO3, watt pad, tumblr, and ffnet. Blind!Harry POV. No pairings. Very, very slow build. JK Rowling owns the story and characters, I'm just doing this for fun. Please leave me a review and let me know what you think!

Harry gets offered a new job that could change not only his life, but the lives of the entire Potter family.
AU where Harry debates leaving the Aurors for good.
Also in this universe Albus is in Gryffindor because in my mind Cursed Child never happened.
Characters and settings belong to JK Rowling, I just wrote the plot.
Towards the end of the Battle of Hogwarts, Draco tries to save Hermione from being killed by his aunt, Bellatrix. Once saved, they head inside the castle to find McGonagall. Instead, they find Lord Voldemort trying to defeat the rest of those who survived on his own. And then a back and forth of they're lives after.
