Hi everyone! I am sooo sorry about James Potter and the first defiance!!! I haven't been allowed to post on that story for sooo long! I'm really worried all of you have stopped reading :-( Well this is that story continued because it wouldn't let me post. For everyone else who hasn't a clue what I'm on about go and read the first half of this story: James Potter and the first Defiance before you read this. Ok I sort of forced this chapter. It’s needed to explain a lot of things but it’s not terribly exciting. I felt like James and Lily needed to move along a bit in their relationship and I decided to put it in here because I didn’t know where else it would fit. I’m still not happy with it but I can’t fathom re writing it so I’ve left it. It sets the next chapter up nicely so bare with me and read on

“Professor Dumbledore wanted me to give this to you. He said something about announcing it tonight.” The boy held out an envelope sealed with a wax crest. Lily took it and thanked the boy before he ran away. Leaving her bags she entered the library and sat down curiously. She slid her finger under the seal and it broke open. With an unusual anticipation she slid the cream parchment out and read with hungry eyes. By the end her jaw had dropped and her hand was gripping the table anxiously.
