Julin Rugby is an attractive and rich Slytherin 7th year. Not to mention Head Girl. Due to the sudden return of Lord Voldemort, graduation is put off, and students are kept at Hogwarts for the summer until further notice. Nowhere is safe except for Hogwarts. Just like the Tri-wizard tournament- Hogwarts receives foreign visitors.
