This is just a little OotP 'missing scene' I first had the idea for not long after I read OotP for the first time, back in 2003. I did originally post it just before HBP was released, but it still fits with canon as we know it, so it still works as a 'post-HBP' fic. It all branches off from a moment in St Mungo's, when Neville is given a sweet wrapper by his parents, which he is careful to take with him. My initial plan was for a longer fic, with a couple more items in the box, but 8800 words or so should be enough for anybody. I hope you enjoy it.
