Dumbledore explains to Sparrow why she is so important. He gives her the chance to turn back, because this path is not easy, but she refuses to go - how could she after seeing what The Death Eaters did to her father?

Sparrow has worked hard for months, and now she's good enough to go to Hogwarts. She's to meet Ginny, Harry, Ron and Hermione as well as the other girls in her year - but there's a pressure to make friends quickly when Sparrow knows she must one day save their life.

Harry finds out that there is a prophecy for another who will share his fate - the elemental - but he doens't know who this mysterious elemental is. Hermione guesses though, but rushes off to do more research before telling Harry or Ron. Late at night, Sparrow hears the Earth cry out to her, and Harry overhears Lord Voldemort.

Sparrow sits four O.W.Ls and goes on a little broom ride.

Sparrow realises that even in death, Dumbledore isn't quite gone.

The army sent after Sparrow has been destroyed, but she is not out of danger yet. Voldemort has captured her, and another person very close to her heart...
