Sirius tries to help Kay, but ends up getting hurt.

When things finally go right Kaylyn makes a big mistake that could ruin it all.......

Kay and Sirius forgive. And both of them put up happy faces.....for now at least.

Kay finds out something that can send all her plans crashing down, Sirius regrets his decision, and theres a wedding!

“I just found out my father is not just interested in kidnapping my unborn baby, but also in killing me and to top it off I’m remembering all my sucky childhood memories! So your answer is no, Frank, I’m not really alright."

I wanted to scream, ‘Why are you bringing me here? I don’t have my baby! And you’re showing me what I lost?’ But something wouldn’t let me speak. I remained silent.

“Ok, today we’re going to be doing a bit of dueling. I’m going to need an example. Miss. Smith?” I stood up and went to the front of the room. I stood in front of Moody. Great. Another way for him to try to knock me out cold. I was pretty sure that was his goal in life, from the ‘misaimed’ spells to the ‘example dueling’.

“Thanks. Can you start by finding my kitchen?” She smiled. “I think it’s over there.” said Lily, pointing to a part of the living room. It was a tiny corner with a fridge and a stove. “Wow.” I said looking at the pathetic excuse for a kitchen.

“Smith, I know. We went to school together for a few years.” I nodded, “I don’t remember you,” I said smiling. He smiled as well, “Well I was two years ahead of you.” “Oh so how did you know me?” I asked, raising an eyebrow. “Everybody knew you. You were famous.”

She’s safe with him, he doesn’t know how to hurt her like you do. You remember better than I her poem in Seventh year. She still feels like that Sirius. She always has. Kay is one of those people that can’t enjoy her happiness. She always is waiting for the bad to happen. She’s always been like that, she’s insecure.

Having Cedric had even been a stretch. How would Sirius react? Once the door slammed I knew he had found out. I knew I shouldn’t of told Cedric. I walked out of my room and into the living room.

“Just make sure you like her for her, Sirius. Don’t compare her to Kay or you’ll be disappointed and you know it.” I nodded, but I wasn’t really listening.

“Your mother…”

“Yes,” I said again.

“I’m your…”

“Yes.”

“You’re my…”

“Yes.”

Those sympathetic looks and remorseful frowns that I only shrugged off with anger. I wasn’t angry. I’ve never been. You and Kay deserve each other.

Sighing, I walked up to the door. Should I knock? What was the point anyway? Maybe nobody would be there. They had to know that Laura was dead. Instead I took a chance. I knocked carefully. 

The house seemed so quiet. Maybe no one was home. I was about to leave, when the door swung open.

Kay was officially realizing that this world we lived in would never be the same. Ever again.
