The Hogwarts express is the place to catch up with friends about the summer, chill out and brace yourself for the up and coming lessons. But for Lily it's stress in a compartment, stress in the form of James Potter. But can he get the "love of his life" to go out with him before schools even begun?

James is already struggling with just being friends with Lily, will he ruin the chances he doesn't have? The girls have their annual girly night in and of course, it wouldn'd be interesting without a dash of marauders! James grows a sudden interest in divination but how does this end with Lily seething?

What's up with Lily; short skirts and cleavage revealing tops? Surely this can't really be an attempt to get James? And how did a cow get released in the school? Lily unwillingly ends up double-dating with James...throw in a bit of Trevor and the story can only be leading to one thing...disaster!

A disasterous dream turns out to be true...Will a study date with James show Lily the best in him? Or will James mess everything up as usual?

The marauders are planning something, and it's big!  Celina finally tells someone about Jonathan...but will she have the courage to tell Lily?

Lily and James begin their plans for the ball in a civilised manner. Sirius asks Celina to teach him tarot reading and Peter slips something into Zayda's drink.

Lily most certainly is not a morning person, so an owl waking her up so early in the morning does not put her in a good mood. The worst school day closes with run ins with Sirius and Remus which leaves Lily fearing the common room...And for good reasons!

It's the first match of the season and Celina's first time as playing chaser for the Gryffindor team. Early rising takes two people to a walk around the lake and ends with them escorting each other to the Halloween dance next week.

James kissed Lily and now it's time for him to face whatever it is shes going to say...or do...about it.
