Never Let Me Go A week later, Seamus could still feel the tingle where Meg’s fingers traced the muscles in his chest and stomach. He could feel the heat where her lips crashed into his. He could feel the weight of her head on his shoulder, even though she was thousands of miles away. |

Being With You Gets Me That Way It was magic, or that’s what Seamus thought. It was magic waking up next to Meg. Her gentle manner, her brown curls, and her beautiful hazel eyes. Everything about her was magic in Seamus’s eyes. He breathed the warm sugary scent of Meg in and tried not to sigh in blind love. He looked over at her, still sleeping. He reached over and put his arm around her midsection. He lay like that for a few moments. |

Some People Search Forever “Seamus?” Meg asked as they walked through the village that was near their homes. |

I'm So In Love With You “…and then Jimmy said that his mother told him to say that! Funny, right?” Meg said, telling Seamus about her day at work. He smiled and nodded. |

Love Is All That I Can Give To You Seamus stood at the altar, wringing his hands madly. He was getting more and more impatient by the moment to see Meg. He looked out at their guests and saw some of his old Hogwarts acquaintances. He had invited Neville Longbottom, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Harry Potter. Those were the only people that he could think to invite from Hogwarts. Dean was gone. He wasn’t going to let that ruin his day with Meg, though he did say a little something to the heavens, hoping that Dean heard. |

The Place Where I Belong He looked at the clock on the radio of the car. It was nearly ten o’clock. He wouldn’t be home until one in the morning. He looked at the car seat next, at his cell phone that Meg had convinced him to buy for when he was away. He smiled at that. It was the fact that she was so concerned about him that made him lover her even more, if that was possible. He decided to pick it up and dialed their home phone number. |

Wide-Eyed Wanderer “What would you compare life to?” Meg said to Seamus quietly as soon as he had gotten comfortable. Seamus thought deeply about this as he felt his hand slide under Meg’s tee shirt and rub her pregnant stomach. |

You Left Something Undone “Seamus,” Seamus answered. “And her name’s not Meg Logan. It’s Meg Finnigan.” His Gryffindor courage was pumping in. His shorter stature would be nothing to Richard’s muscular build in a fist fight, but his anger was getting to him. Seamus pushed the sleeves of his shirt up to his elbow. Richard laughed heartily. |

I Give It Away So Easily The way she said his name threw him about in circles. She said it perfectly, even if she was only partially awake. It was as though everything that had happened to him in the past melted away. Each window that let something bad in suddenly closed. |

I Miss You Quite Terribly “That sounds worthwhile,” she said sarcastically, lying down next to him. He chuckled heartily, getting into a more comfortable position. They each crawled under the blankets and turned out their lights. Meg snuggled up to Seamus and he wrapped his arm around her. |

Her Family Mr. Logan looked up from his newspaper with a smile on his face. It was reminiscent of the one in the photograph he had seen the day before. Mr. Logan’s facial features softened and Seamus’s breathing slowed. |

Magic “Oh, you are so smart,” Meg cooed as she kissed Isaac’s nose. Isaac clapped again as Meg put him back in his high chair. She stood behind Seamus and put her hands on his shoulders. She slowly snaked them to his chest, resting her chin on the top of his head. |

Meg's Surprise “Seamus, you need to go to bed,” she said, rubbing circles on his back. He shook his head and looked back at the letters he had strewn across the counter before him. Meg picked one up. |

Daddy and Me “How does your mother do this?” Seamus said aloud as he began to cook lunch a few minutes later. Isaac was crawling around his father’s feet and tugging on his pant leg. Seamus was having a difficult time concentrating on the pasta that he was cooking for the two of them. |

Alone Time When she had finished stretching, she sat up slightly and rested her head on Seamus’s chest. She placed her hand on his stomach and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. She twisted one of her legs around his and buried her head further into his chest. |

Visitors The adults laughed as Isaac clung to Seamus’s leg once more. It was not an easy task to walk with a two year old baby on your leg; Seamus knew this quite well be now. He whispered bribes to Isaac in attempt to shed the child from his leg. Nothing worked, so when they arrived in the dining, Seamus was more than glad to sit Isaac in his high chair. |

Love He looked to the clock. It was only a bit after eight o’clock. Meg tended to retire early, seeing as she had a newborn and a toddler to look after. Seamus had a certain respect for her in the aspect of life. The last time he had been left alone for the day with Isaac, he wound up taking multiple naps after Meg got home. On a day to day basis, Meg managed to stay awake through Isaac’s naptime and still be awake by the time Seamus got home from his work at the Ministry. He did not have a big job there, but it earned them money. |
