Ginny sat up rubbing her head.

 

‘Hermione, where are we? Are we- oh god, no! Don’t tell me we’re at sea!’ 

‘Because I don’t want to lie and then create more problems. It’s the problem with you guys. Lie first and then regret for life!’ he yelled back at her. ‘Don’t go creating false impressions of happy relationships! I am with Harry! I don’t want to be here.'

Hermione prayed silently.

Pat-pat-pat-pat-pat. It was raining harder now.

‘The Granger girl’ he whispered

Lightening filled the sky.

‘Harry…’ began Hermione taking a deep breath and walking up to the pair that was cozily sitting beneath a tree.

‘Ginny…’ said Draco

‘We both have something to tell you two’ said Hermione

‘Now?’ asked Harry groaning. ‘Later’ he said placing his head in Ginny’s lap.

‘Harry’ said Draco ‘It’s urgent’

‘Besides’ said Mrs. Weasley ‘You will know, you are at the Ministry and Draco will stay with us!’

Ginny gagged on her juice and Harry shot a glare at her before reaching out to help her. Draco and Hermione noticed this and they glanced at each other, worried.

‘You will won’t you Draco?’ asked Mrs. Weasley after Ginny was cleared up.

‘I don’t know’

‘Who is she?’ asked Hermione as a beautiful, young woman stepped in

Thandie, Thandie Crawford’ said Harry sitting up straight I his chair ‘She is the new Junior Secretary to the Minister.’

Harry looked at Ginny’s face unseeingly. He did not understand it…anything. How could Draco have said anything? The newspaper article could have been utterly, totally baseless. Hell, Ron didn’t even know that they had been on the Knight Bus. How that cow Rita would would have known. No, Harry was pretty sure that Ron had not believed the newspaper but had gone somewhere…

And that somewhere he had gone to was seemingly Draco.

‘Harry, we have to bring Hermione and Ron back together’ said Ginny, pacing the room. Harry sat with a newspaper watching her. Now, he put his hands on the back of his head.

‘Gin!’ he said ‘I said that a minute ago!’

‘I know!’ she cried ‘It’s really important’

‘Yes, yes it is on the priority list. We have to make things neat before the Weasleys come home’

‘Draco’ said a silky voice ‘Come in here’

Draco walked in. His father sat on the plush sofa with his mother standing behind him.

‘What is this?’ he asked and Draco looked confused for a moment before he glanced at the piece of parchment held in his hands. He recognized Hermione’s handwriting.
