As soon as they got within viewing sight of someone she started to fight back. Maybe someone would help her if they thought she was held against her will, which she was. But no one helped. She didn’t really think anyone would, I mean who would go against two of the most popular people in Hogwarts.

There she could read her book and eat her sandwich, or so she thought. Because just a few minutes after sitting down, four other people sat down at her table, also having food and drinks, but Lily didn’t want to look up. She though she know who they were, because they were "them".

She had to get this feeling out. The only thing she found was scissors. What could they do? As she was thinking, she didn’t even notice two people enter her room. She only noticed when a hand came and grabbed the scissors out of her hand. She looked up to see those grey eyes.

James seemed to be in a hurry. When she asked he said he just had something planned. Interesting. Couldn’t possibly be another prank.  Maybethere was a girl. Juicy. But hopefully not. Because then him and her . . . What? Did she just think that? Him and her?

“Get out of my sight, you slimy, little, greasy jerk before I blow you into next year.” she said, her emerald eyes narrowed and her wand in hand.

 As the hours passed, Lily began to think of what James’s house would look like. Would there possibly be a place that’s big enough to hold all these personalities besides Hogwarts?

What? Does she . . . Oh she does! She wants me to spend time with James! She was sneaky.

“Um, don’t mean to ruin the moment,” said Sirius in the doorway. He was standing with nothing on but shoes and boxers. “Well, I must run,” he said, while James followed. Lily sat down in the chair, getting warm from the fire, waiting for Sirius to come back from his dare. 

"I don’t think that will work. You see, Lily Evans never backs down and always gets her way. I used to think it was just a brave face, but no it’s her spirit. Her Gryffindor spirit," said Sirius, finishing his monologue.

"James!" said the redhead, running over to him and wrapping her arms around his torso.

"Yes my doe?" he asked.

"Sirius is being a meanie." she stated in a mock tone. James had a gleam in his eye.

There was debris all over the lawn, and the building was barely standing. All the windows were shattered and the door was barely hanging onto the frame. The roof looked to be blown off and they feared what it would be like inside. James was the first to enter and Lily was proud of him, taking charge just like his dad as the rest followed.

"Hey Sirius."

"Hey Lily. What's up?" he asked even though he was snogging someone at that moment.

"You seen James?" she asked while receiving  glares for the girl Sirius was with.

"No. Left about an hour ago. Want me to help find him?" he asked, nearly throwing the girl off of him, onto the floor.

"No,its ok. " she said, while Sirius shrugged.

"Okay, well, Miss Evans I would just like to see an improvement."

“Okay, thank you Sir," she said, while thinking of an old friend of hers. He had always helped her and now her grades were bound to slip.

"Yea, he spent six years chasing you, and when he finally gets you, he cheats on you," said Sirius sarcastically. James instantly knew that that was the wrong thing to do.

"No, it wont," she whispered, then hurried up the stairs to her dorm. Just as she was about to shut her door, she heard James sigh and call out to her before closing the door and turning away.

James slid on some shoes and followed after his friends, slowly. It seemed like forever until they reached the hall, and sat down on the bench, exhausted. He looked up and down the table, hungrily searching, until he spotted her.

The stag stood strangely still, before suddenly changing back into James and falling to the ground.
