“Fine.” She paused for a moment, trying to find the right words. She decided to keep it simple. “I think we should break up.”

Unable to take it anymore, Victoria said, “This is ridiculous. Fine, we might’ve dated the same guy, but that’s no reason for us to get together and do whatever the hell we’re supposed to be doing in this club!” She tried to smile, so that she wouldn’t seem too rude.

“I know flirting when I see it,” Isabelle said in a hushed voice, staring at each member of the club intently. “He was talking to her for almost ten minutes!”
