"You can’t just kiss me like that when you ignore me for a week," she whispered as she stared at the ground, her heart beating wildly, and her cheeks flushed red.

"Miss Hallowell, would you snap out of your daydream this instant!"

Hermione nudged Rachel in the ribs, which brought Rachel back to her senses.

"Ye - yes, Professor?" she asked, without a clue as to what was being discussed in class.

"Detention, my office, Sunday evening," declared Professor Vector.

Rachel grimaced as she sunk in her seat. Detention on a weekend? Oh, man...
