This was the beginning. The beginning of Colin and his wand. All the spells it would cast, all the things it’d be able to do, all the epic battles Colin would fight in. All the things he would accomplish with this wand. All the history he’d have with it. It would fight with him to the death that would only come too soon. But Colin, of course, did not know that. He only knew that this was a new beginning. The wand he now held humbly in his hand could not have chosen a better wizard.
