A first birthday, an unforgetable event, one everyone wished they could forget ever happened.  

The night every Harry Potter fan knows and dreads.............

A time when things will change and a little girl will be given a new chance to know her own mum.
A time where laughter holds the key to unlock memories that possess both pain and delight.
It is time for Sirius Black to open up again to his friends and his daughter.

Another day, another memory, another person to meet.  

A parent is a figure we all look to for comfort and rely on to protect and be there for us. 

So when Mattie's only parent disappears suddenly, how will she cope with being alone?

Growing up..........How a mother's presence never ever leaves their child no matter whether their body is gone or not. Ruby's past and Sirius' true beginning :)

When a connection can be formed between a child who never got the chance to know her mother, its a rare and special gift.

When your mind is consumed of memories of a women you loved and lost, you never want to close the door. Sirius' door is wide open for all to see, how much he loved Ruby and how much Ruby loved all those around her.

Life continues...And so does the love that Lily and James Potter have for one another.

The desire for a child to protect the one person who means everything to her. The desire for her father to be safe. The desire for Mathilda Black not to turn into an orphan. The desire that could just make it possible for Mathilda to join her mother.

When issues from the past come back will the Marauders and Lily handle it in the way that is more logical or will their emotions take over at the sight of something that caused each one of their blood to boil.

When things take a turn for the worst....when Mathilda is put at risk....how will her father deal with the fact that his only daughter had had to deal with something of a large magnitude.

Mattie is back home but it isn't a home she knew though it's a part of her father's past unfortunately. Things go wrong but everyone is drawn back together by a little boys boredom.
 
 
 
 
 

Pain is the worst thing for anyone to experience and many people have but what happens when it becomes all worthwhile. When dreams are fulfilled in the worst situations and lives are again altered forever...
 

Life is about to be changed again as Mathilda acts on instinct in regards to Harry. Mattie pushes through the barrier that she built up around herself and a Slytherin girl gets her just desserts.
 

Will hope be enough to keep up the fight for Harry and Mathilda and will the extensive time cause more than just fear for those who don't know where both of these young kids are?

Halloween pranks to lighten the responsiblility and fear of upcoming war. And in relisation of possible lose, a particular question is asked out of the total refusal to lose what means so much.
 

The extensive family was growing with the arrival of a set of twins but not on a straight path but one with bumps along the way. And emotions peak when Mathilda and Fred are separated by Mattie returning to Hogwarts.

Promises can be easily broken depending on who makes them. But certain promises made between Harry and Mathilda and as strong as their bond. A bond that never faltered for a second only grew stronger. This time promises mean something and will be kept at all costs.
