Alecto Carrow and her brother, Amycus, have just been appointed temporary headmasters of Hogwarts, where they intend to frighten all the students, annoy all the teachers, and practice the cruciatus curse on anything that gets in their way. 
Only Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom are trying to stop them before they turn Hogwarts into living hell.
