A blonde haired boy stared at her and held out his hand. She took it and he pulled her up. He had a friendly face, no matter how unhappy he looked at the inconvenience she had caused him.

 Just as he began to walk away, Hermione blurted out, “Have you seen a toad?”

 Totally shocked, Hermione felt Draco press his lips into her cheek. His lips were soft and descended upon her skin like silk.

Blushing, she asked. “What was that for?”
“Just felt like it.” 

 “Well…um…I’m glad you’re okay now.”
“Yeah. Me too…I’ll miss you.”
“Me too.” 

“What?” Hermione laughed and Lavender joined in.

“Don’t tell me you haven’t noticed how good looking he is.” Lavender rolled her eyes. “You must be blind.”


 

 

“I didn’t think I did, but…you’re right. I like Draco. Alot.”
 

Was she really hearing his voice calling her through the commotion or was it her mind playing tricks on her?

'You’ve obviously found a new best friend. I’m over everything so why can’t you move on?'
 

He pushed his arm around her waist and held onto her tightly, his fingers caressing the material of her coral jumper.
 
 

He sunk his head into his mother’s shoulder and sighed. “You love her, don’t you?”
 
 
 
 
 

“Don’t worry, mate. Your secret’s safe with me.”
Draco frowned, but couldn’t help but smile. “What secret?"

The muscles in his arms could clearly be seen through his soaking wet green Quidditch jersey. He looked very grown up and - dare she say it - sexy.
 
 
 

I love him so much that I can’t even put it into words, but I will try my hardest.
 

“Where were you?” Harry asked as he stared annoyed at his wand which seemed to be failing him yet again.
“Nowhere,” she muttered.
Suddenly Ron’s face showed a sordid realisation. “You were with him, weren’t you?” he asked, mouth ready to fall open.
