1 Honest mistakes?

I was Maria Elena Spiridigliozzi, living life on my own and trying desperately to make some kind of mistake.

I know that’s not normally what you hear from college students, normally they’re trying their hardest not to make mistakes, but I was quite a different story. I wanted to see what it was like. I wanted to experience everything. At least once.

2 Missing Each Other

It was morning, Thursday to be exact. I was determined to find George again.

But that was going to prove much more difficult than just saying it. I knew his first name and his last name. I didn’t know what classes he was taking at Berklee, I didn’t know how old he was or even where he was from besides being British. I was pretty sure I’d dreamed about him, but that gave me little information besides he had a twin.

3 Party explanations?

I nodded at him, confused but still trusting. Our hands were clasped tightly as he lead me out of the room and into the outside hallway and to the elevator. He pressed the down button and we entered. Before I could ask where we were going I felt a tug in my stomach, and suddenly it was as if my entire body had been squeezed into a tube of toothpaste, the entire feeling was horrible and I wanted it to be over much sooner than it actually was.

4 Exciting Beginnings

I had finals coming up. I had papers to write. I had classes that I needed to arrive to on time for at least once this semester.

Hurrying to my room I was caught by the common room. Damn my friends and their ability to side track me. I spent the rest of the afternoon there, talking and laughing with them. The entire time I was trying my hardest not to tell them what I had just done. I couldn’t, I wasn’t allowed to. Secrets like that were going to kill me.

5 Meet the Weasleys!

I looked at Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Weasley talking about their children, cooing over Ron and Hermione, Harry and Ginny. George sat on the sidelines as well, staring at his parents, watching his friends. I started to watch George. He was beginning to give everyone soft looks. He smiled when he was supposed to, and laughed when it was expected; but I could see something sad behind his eyes. He looked as though he were missing part of himself. He looked at everyone as if waiting for them to stop talking and stare at him.

6 A Very Themed Christmas

He smiled a little, giving me a gorgeous smirk and pushed me gently to my room. He closed the door behind him and I let out a contented sigh. This could be the best thing ever to happen to me. And it was not just because there was a very adorable boy who was eager to learn about me.

7 Pardon?

“Your house sounds bloody fascinating!” George turned to look at me, his eyes alight with childish wonder.
“My friends think the same thing, and they’ve lived in the muggle world their whole lives.” I tousled his hair playfully. He grabbed my hand and brought it to his lips smiling against it.
He quickly apparated to the town that Shell Cottage sat outside. I looked at him inquisitively. Why would he bring me so far from the house?

8 Intimate Talks on Bridges

He leant against the wall, looking out at London. I hoisted myself onto the wall, sitting opposite him and kicking my feet out in front of me.

“Do you ever just stare out at the world and wonder how something so huge could seem so small?” He wasn’t actually talking to me. He was just speaking. So I let him continue. “And once you realize how small the world can be you wonder why it would be so cruel to you?”

9 Dealing with the Consequences

“We’ll figure it out as we go. Just take it a step at a time. But, this means we’re exclusive, no fidgeting around behind my back. Just because I’m a thousand miles away doesn’t mean I don’t know what you’re doing,” He spoke seriously, but his voice had a sarcastic tone. I smiled.

10 Summer's Coming...

Like, seriously what was going on here? I was going to be at home, well a different home. A new home. I was going to make England my home. My parents wouldn’t be too upset about it. My dad wants to live there more than anything, and I want to work at Kerrang.
I was too tired for all of this.

11 Adjusting to Diagon Alley

I looked around. It looked different. Something was slightly off, but it wasn’t anything I could put my finger on. The coffee table, couches, chairs, were all the same. The kitchen looked the same. There was something more.

12 Meant to be

The streets were so full of life, people were bustling around, going from one place to another trying to move quickly. Their were so many colors and styles. It looked as if half of them didn’t want to be noticed. I stumbled a little on the sidewalk, catching the heel of my stiletto in a crack, Ginny grabbed my arm, helping me up. I wasn’t the best at walk in high heels, or actually, walking.
