This is how Remus and Dora decided that Teddy would be called Teddy. It goes more in-depth than just "he was named for his grandfather", because they surely wouldn't name him for just that reason alone. Both titles are from a John Lennon song, "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)", I don't own the song. On that note, I also don't own the Harry Potter world (oh what I'd do if I did) so I, therefore, own none of the characters in this story.
