And then I recognize the look. It’s the same way he looks at the girls at school. He has this hunger in his eyes that can’t be contained. His eyebrows are slightly raised in admiration, and lips slightly parted in awe. I want to throw up.
“Stop looking at me like that, you pervert!” I snap.

 “Angie,” Dad says, slowly peeling me off, “it’s not goodbye forever.” He smiles wistfully.
I nod. “I know, but…goodbyes are always hard.”
“Well, whenever you get sad about a goodbye, just remember that there’s always a hello that follows,” he says.

 James stands, puffing out his chest. Oh, Merlin… I try to use our cousin telepathy to get him to sit the bloody hell back down, but I can tell he’s full of fury and jealous. I knew he was jealous!


“Excuse yourself, mate,” James snaps.


Sirius face-palms himself.

“Think this over, mate,” Remus says, trying to reason with him. “Think about what you’re saying, what you want them to do!”
