Ryan stared at the hat, anticipating what would happen next. Did he have to just place the hat on, and wait for somebody to tell him what house he would look best in? He stared at the hat and saw a slight wiggle of movement. He stared in disbelief, did the hat just move?

Group Two: Kate Hughs, Ashley Wright, Darrel Thein and Ryan O'Shiel." This time it was Ryan's turn to groan loudly, he didn't fancy the group he had been stuck with; espeically as they were all of Slytherin house.
 

The remaining days of September flow to an abrupt end as the three friends settled into life at Hogwarts it had taken their third day of classes for Andrew to finally realise a subject that he would excel at, essentially stopping him from annoying the rest of them about how they were so good at Potions and Charms respectively.
 

What greeted him was a large chamber, that strangely resembled a muggle gym; he saw strange objects that looked suspiciously like a podium with a moving belt and a large red bag hanging from the ceiling. The dark walls looked scorched, as if a giant fire had previously destroyed the walls.
