"So, tell me about your boarding school?" I ask, curiously. There is so much mystery surrounding this boarding school. So many of the kids here go there.

"I hear that someone spilled the beans." She glances over at Albus who has turned quite a shade of red under the scrutiny. "Honestly, I'm surprised he hadn't told you sooner. He had every chance to run after you over the last four years."

"You okay?" I hear Al's voice somewhere in front of me. I open my eyes, blinking rapidly to adjust. I see his figure standing near an open doorway.

"We want you working back at the ministry." Straight and to the point. I've always liked her. There's never beating around the bush with this one.

"Master has been waiting for your arrival," He rasps out with an American accent. With raised brows I glance around at the street we are now standing on. It looks like nowhere I've ever been before. "Come, we mustn't be late."

"I am beyond focused," I say through gritted teeth, irritated by him. He's been pushing me for hours and hours, trying to make me become a metamorphagus. Apparently that's something our family can also do. "But, this is really going nowhere. Maybe I don't have this ability."
