Evelyn Cruise was expelled last year for pulling the infamous "End-of-year-prank" so she is being transferred to Hogwarts under the protectful watch of Dumbledor. However, there is another reason she is to go to Hogwarts, and one which makes Snape despise her even more so that Harry himself.
