The trio start to wonder if they were wrong about Malfoy after a fight with him.

Ginny turned back to look at Hermione, “Look, I just need to think, okay? This is all really over-whelming, and it’s quite disgusting, unlike you, I’m thinking of my brother and Harry, and how they’ll take it” she snapped, and then she sent Hermione a look of determination, “and, you will tell them Hermione, they deserve that much.”

“I’ve got to go,” she whispered against his lips.
Draco opened his eyes, “Don’t go...” he pleaded.
She smiled gently at him, and kissed his cheek, she then stood up and ran her hands through his hair, “I think I’m in love with you, Malfoy.”

She knew now she wasn’t alone. The three of them would turn to the other when they felt the wave of grief hit them. It was strange to start an unbreakable friendship like this, but then all great things started out a little different.

The room was getting smaller and smaller, and then she began to feel as if she where swimming in ice water, her body began to feel numb, her emotions weren’t so much as overwhelming as before, she heard a strange buzzing sound in her ears.

“Now Potter, here’s your chance to be the hero once again! The ultimate sacrifice, I’ll let one of your friends go, in return of your life! You can also choose your girlfriend of course.”

“You have to Hermione, or the child will die,” whispered Blaise.
Hermione closed his eyes, and shook her head violently, she opened her eyes and looked from Blaise to Alyssa.
She then met Draco’s eyes, he still looked ready to kill some one, but he gave her strength.

With those last words she made her way to the fireplace and she threw down the floo powder and yelled, “Hogwarts!”
When she stumbled out of the fireplace and looked at Professor Dumbledore, she smiled as the tears streamed down her cheeks, “It feels good to be back.”
