The second one there, to her extreme displeasure, was the immature, raven-haired boy who had been quite fond of her for the last couple of years.  She rolled her eyes, thinking that he had heard from someone that she had become Head Girl and had come to bug her.  Her suspicion changed, however, when he turned around and she saw two shiny badges pinned to his school robe; a Quidditch Captain badge that she could really care less about, and a similar badge that had also been pinned to her school robes.

“My first class is free,” she said, smiling.  At least she could get away from Potter for at least a little while, or so she thought.
    “Oh nothing really,” James said, but he turned his schedule so Lily could see it.  “Besides the fact that I have a free period now, too.”  It's the first day of classes for students at Hogwarts.  Will there be any building romance between any two characters, or will Cupid's arrow miss the intended hits?

     Lily stopped walking and turned to James.  “You just called me Lily,” she said suddenly.
    “So...?”
    “No.  You normally call me ‘lily flower’, or ‘Evans’ but you have never once called me plain Lily in all of the years I’ve known you.”  James and Lily go to Hogsmeade together.  Does anything happen?  Read to find out!  Reviews are appreciated.
