Hermione is set for her night of observing in the Astronomy Tower. After prodding Harry for advice, and dealing with Ron's wanting her to stay and help with yet another project, she leaves for the tallest tower. As she walks up the final steps, she sees the beautiful night sky ablaze with the dying sunlight, and the beginning of a wonderful clear night. She looks over, and sighs as she sees her observing partner: Draco Malfoy
