Together the four of us chased the stupid hog up and down the stairs, through the empty corridors that echoed with our laughter. We managed to chase it to the front hall, where Salazar slipped on what I can only assume was Hog pee. We had scared the poor thing out of its wits, evidently. This caused us all to lose it. Even Salazar, sitting in hog pee, was laughing maniacally. The hog, backed into a corner with nowhere to go, was watching us as though we were psychotic, and I can’t say I’d have blamed the thing. Finally I managed to crawl over to the door and push it open.
