Walking into the living room, I saw both of my parents sitting on the couch with serious looks on their faces. 

Uh oh. This is not good. 

"Now I'm just going to come out and say it. This affects Chrissy more than this affects you Mike, but we know that she would just end up telling you, so we decided to kill two birds with one stone," Mom rambled.

Going back to a life away from my parents for most of the year was going to suck. For me, there were only two good things about Weston’s: I got to escape the hellhole that is school at the end of the day and of course Mikey. This is going to take some getting used to. 

I walked up the steps leading to the doors and cried, “MINNIE!!!!!” People stared as I smirked. She always seemed to have a soft spot for me no matter how much trouble I got into. Apparently, she went to school with my dad and I remind her of him. Hmmm I wonder if something every happened between them…I don’t think I wanna know.

Resigned to my fate, I got up and started walking towards the portrait hole not even bothering to say good-bye to the guys. Keely grabbed Lily by the arm on the way out and followed me to the Room of Requirement.

All too soon I had to get back up for classes. Since I already took a shower I tiredly dragged my butt out of bed got dressed. Looking in the mirror, I grimaced. The bags under my eyes were huge. Grabbing my wand, I used a glamour charm to make me look normal. I wouldn’t want to scare the kiddies away. Then I slowly applied my makeup. Keely and Lily were just as bad. I swear the first person to look at any one of us the wrong way was going to get their head bit off.

We plopped down on the closest friendly bed, also known as Keely‘s bed. I say friendly bed because I don’t know if the beds of the lemmings are diseased in some way shape or form. Lily closed the hangings around us and cast silencing charms. Then speaking in hushed tones, I proceeded to tell the girls my new secret.
