The title is really rather self-explanatory here.

I kept looking down the whole time, praying he wouldn't notice my red eyes and nose.
He noticed.
"Maddie, what happened?" 
I sighed as he helped me up, wiped my tears, and told him the whole story. It embarrassed me to no end to admit that I was crying over something so stupid (Montague alone had done worse things), but instead of asking me what the huge deal was, he just pulled me in to a big, long hug.
