The Begining The morning birds sang, and the cool September breeze entered the First Year girl’s dormitory early, and Rose was wide awake to witness it all. She had never been one to sleep in, finding that far too much time was wasted sleeping in a bed. It was nearing eight o’clock, and still she was the only girl awake. But she didn’t mind. In the two hours she had been awake she had had a shower, changed into her new robes, brushed her hair and teeth, and re-read her Charms textbook. But she was getting bored now, and listening to Olivia’s snores was not something she thought was cute anymore. |
