She spun around and slammed her tight fist into his nose. It turned bright red and started bleeding as he fell to the floor. She didn’t regret it at all.

‘Remus.’ he answered. He had been in Rosaline’s classes for about six years now but she had taken very little interest in him.

‘Evans…’greeted James, and he slowly drew his hand to his hair to mess it up a bit, trying not to draw to much attention to this habit.

When she looked up she jumped when she saw Sirius looking at her and grinning evilly.But after a while of late nights in the library and long conversations with each other, Remus had discovered that he fancied her.When he saw who it was he almost dropped his wand. ‘Evans?’ Lily’s face was streaked with tears and she was quickly trying to wipe them away before looking up at him.

‘Am I dreaming?’ he said, sitting up and scratching his head. She looked pretty incredible. Her cheeks were a bright pink and her hair was straight and long. 

‘Cora? Is that what her name is?’ Rosaline asked, looking thoughtful. Remus frowned slightly. He had almost forgotten that there was a whole sea of people Rosaline didn’t know existed. 
He walked towards her, happy that she hadn’t whipped out her wand. ‘What’s up Jen?’

‘No’ she said quickly and quietly, holding his hand to stop him from going any farther. ‘I may have had one too many, but I know what I’m saying. I don’t care what my friends think anymore. I like you.’

Kevin looked at her, and nodded, while putting his arm around her-mostly to tick James off. Lily looked even more uncomfortable and James looked slightly furious.
‘You know-’ he scrutinized her and seemed satisfied. ‘Just you-’ he pointed at her with a shaky finger. ‘-and me.’

‘Rose, I’m so sorry.’ he interrupted. ‘I’m sorry if I’ve hurt you and if-’
She shook her head, ignoring the feeling that went down her spine when she heard what he called her.She didn’t add that Jenna didn’t have a single trace of jealousy in her expression.‘Nothing, it’s just she keep’s looking over here-but it’s not you she’s staring at.’ he said, looking at Remus out of the corner of his eyes.
