Sirius had ripped out my heart and stomped on it. Shattering it into a million pieces. Therefore, I found it necessary to rip out his heart. I wanted to drive him insane with jealousy. He was going to pay dearly for what he did to me. I was going to hurt his pride. I was going to date his brother, the person he hated and envied most in the world.

“You shouldn’t lead him on like that. It’s not very nice.” He frowned as he stepped closer and we entered the common room. 
“Yes, Black, because you know so much about being nice.” My voice was dripping in sarcasm and underlying venom. I rolled my eyes and turned to go up the staircase. 

Most girls would be thrilled that a guy was even thinking about forever. For me, forever was a four letter word in our relationship. Maybe I didn’t like commitment, or maybe, deep down, I was saving forever for someone else.
