Suddenly Malfoy came to an abrupt stop, whilst pulling up his sleeve. And there it was, just to confirm what I hadn’t ever thought could happen so soon. The dark mark glowed through the darkness, illuminating Malfoy’s pained face. A gasp slipped through my lips at what I’d just witnessed and at once everything changed. Spinning round with his wand, firing curses into the darkness, Malfoy eyes caught sight of me.
