“Rose, I’ve tried talking to you, I’ve tried apologizing. What else can I do to make things right?” He sighed.

    “Why? Why do you want to make it all better? Hm? What’s that going to do? Tell me that.” Rose asked with a hint of anger.

    Scorpius bit his lip and looked at her with sad, gray eyes. “I really don’t know what it would do. I just want to know what I did to make you hate me.”

    Then, she was startled upon hearing Draco speak, “They remind me of someone.”

    Grandma Weasley agreed. “Think they’ll get married?”

  Shrugging, Rose handed her the ring. Hermione glanced at the ring and examined the gold band. “It is quite lovely. Rose, do you know what kind of ring this even is?”

He continued, “I can’t stand the fact that I really hurt you. I don’t know what else I can do to make this better. I’m out of ideas.”

    He bit his lip, nervously. “I love you Rose. I love you more than you’ll ever know. Being apart so long proved that I need you in my life.”
