Sirius watched her go and Harry fought a wince at the longing he read in his godfather’s eyes. Sirius finally turned and took another bite of Valora’s unfinished sandwich.
“She has a secret.” He said simply. Harry’s adrenaline kicked in but he played it cool.
“What makes you say that?” He asked, pushing his glasses back to a more secure position on his face. Sirius shrugged.
“She always does.” He said with a smile.

"They had better not give me any of that 'you're glowing' bullshit. I may have to hex them."

Before she could register the movement herself Valora was practically lunging over Sirius to reach her wand which lay on the bedside table.
"Valora, watch Teddy!"
"I can hex and hold a baby, Molly!" Valora said angrily.

"It's like I lose him again every morning when I open my eyes, and it just...it makes me want to sleep forever." Valora admitted.

One good thing about having a dead fiancee visit you in your dreams: you got plenty of sleep.
