I never thought much of James Potter. Nothing positive anyway. Don’t get me wrong, I tried to be nice and civil when he insisted on continually asking me out, but sometimes it just got too much. I never looked at him that way. It never even crossed my mind.

So this all came as a shock to me.

I felt repulsed and a surge of anger flowed into my fist.

“Argh! Lily!” He cried clutching his nose.
“You vile despicable creature! How dare you do that! I would never, EVER go out with you! You evil little cretin! I hate you!"
“Don’t be like that Lily. We belong together”
