What was it about this girl that made him so unsure of himself? She wasn’t the kind of person whose good opinion he would generally strive for. She was small and very slim, with messy long black hair, a green tie-died T-shirt and light coloured denim jeans which were torn in several places (surely she could have fixed that easily with a simple charm?) and paint covered sandals that seemed to be made of some kind of sacking.
