“You guys know those nicknames are really, really stupid, right?” Liz said, presumably referring to ‘Padfoot’ and whatever other nicknames they used for each other.
“Hey!” Sirius said, pretending to be offended. “It took us ages to come up with those! The least you can do is show a little respect.”
“You guys must not have very big brains, if it took you that long to come up with something that stupid. I mean, what does Padfoot mean, anyway?”
The Marauders just smiled mysteriously and changed the subject.

I asked Liz, “truth or dare?”
“Dare, of course.”
“Kiss Sirius.”
She looked disbelieving. And angry. And disgusted.
“No!”
“Yes.” I said.
“No.”
“Yes.”
“No.”
“Yes.”
“No!”
“Yes!”
“Fine.”
