I was a vampire. Not just a ‘normal’ vampire. A vampire that lived with a unusually large family, fulfilling our bloody thirst (literally with the blood) by feeding off of large woodland animals. Not only that, but I was in love with a werewolf, which, almost by vampire law, was supposed to be our greatest enemy. Then there was the fact that he was not only a werewolf but also a wizard, as if things weren’t crazy enough already. Yeah, I’d pretty much given up on the whole trying to be ‘normal’.
