The invisible Threstral begins to pull our carriage and I look out the window. It's already dark out but the castle is still breath taking as always. The stars are bright and light up the sky. I smile to myself, just happy to finally be home.

 "Hey, Rose Weasley." I extend my hand out to Daisy as I introduce myself.

 
 

She takes my hand with a tight smile. "Dee Greengrass. Don't call me Daisy." Well okay then.
 

 
 

"She thinks it sounds like a cow's name." Scorpius teases. Dee glares at him but this only makes his smile broaden. He has a nice smile, he should smile more often. He looks to me and says,"I told you I'd see you again."
 

 "The snake pit?" I ask her, confused. "You know we don't call it that."

"Well duh, I made it up." She laughs. "Just like I made up the lions den, the badgers hole and the birds nest."

 "You wear it over your waist to accentuate your curves." She explains when seeing my dumbfounded look.

"I don't want to accentuate my curves." 
"You have a beautiful body, Rose. Wear the damn belt!" Ana yells at me.

 I burst out laughing. "Please, James, stop before you embarrass yourself." I whip out my wand and point it at James. His eyes widen as he takes a step back. "You don't get to forbid me from doing anything. Did you forget our little 'talk' we had about three weeks ago? I'm not just going to roll over and play dead for you. You can't control me, and if you ever try to threaten me or forbid me from doing anything ever again, I will make sure you can never ride a broom again."

 "JAMES SIRIUS! I WILL MURDER YOU!!" Aunt Ginny screams while opening the door. She turns to look at us and smiles. "Hello you lot!" She gives my mum a peck on the cheek, hug from dad, hug from Hugo, hug from me and then turns to look at Dee. "You must be Rose's new friend. I've heard a lot about you."

"All bad I hope." Dee smiles.
"Every bit of it." Aunt Ginny smirks at Dee.

 "Haven't slept much?" Dee asks him.

"Not really. Why? Do I look that bad?" He asks

"Yes." Dee answers with a grin.

 "It isn't fair." She whispers. "He shouldn't be involved in this madness. It has nothing to do with him."

 "What should I wear?" I ask Gabe and Alec from the bathroom. My question is met with silence then a snort of laughter.

“She isn’t anywhere.”


“Don’t panic, she has to be here somewhere.” Ali tells us calmly.

“She’s not on the map! She’s left Hogwarts.” James shouts, his eyes going crazy as he looks all over the map again and again.

 “It’s not what it looks like.” I say immediately.

Scorpius raises his eyebrows in disbelief. “Right. I must be dreaming then.” He deadpans.

“I didn't realize you dreamed about me mate. I'm flattered and a little concerned.” Albus quips with a smile. 

 I smile and close my eyes. I’m safe. He’s safe. Everything will be alright.
