A prosaic story of the Final Year for Harry Potter and his friends- interlaced with romance, and the thin line that is drawn between good and evil that is crossed in order to win the ultimate battle. A good read for the reader who is enthralled with Harry Potter and the relationships, some unlikelier then others, that bond the characters together.

This chapter is (you guessed it) our Golden Trio aboard the Hogwarts Express! (My Chapter titles are SO creative...) Everything seems to be going well for the Golden Trio as they are reuntied with several friends until a run in with everyone's favorite Slytherin and Harry being overcome with a searing pain in his scar change everything...

Hermione and Ron's first night back as Prefects (well Ron as a prefect, Hermione as Head Girl) starts off to a rather rocky start. When the two fall asleep on a couch in the Gryffindor Common Room together (unintentionally) and wake up already late for their first Prefects meeting of the term all hell breaks loose as our two companions have a night of nothing short of pandemonium... this only escalates when Dumbledore enters to show Hermione her new Head Girl Dormitory... that she would be sharing with Draco

The chapter takes place after Potions lessons as Hermione takes Ron and Harry to see her new dormitory, but Draco is there and not exactly thrilled about having Ron and Harry in his dorm as well....

The wind in your hair, the sun in your face and the emmense feeling one gets from riding a broom... you gotta love Quidditch Practice. The Gryffindor Quidditch team has their first slightly comical practice of the year with Ron Weasley as their um.. commanding officer. The Gryffindors are sure to be a shoe in for the cup this year but will our steadfast Captain be a shoe in for a certain bookworm's heart... or is it Harry that will, for once, find a love of his own in a rather unlikely, and uncanny place?

With an obscene amount of homework, Quidditch, and the Halloween Dance looming in the distance our wizards have quite a plate full, though the dullness of their existence seems to brighten a little with the announcement of the D.A. starting again. Hermione is also faced with several New Developments as she starts to understand what Ginny said and is trying to salvage some sort of a 'friendship' with Draco, though everything comes crashing down leaving Hermione in the Hospital Wing... only alive because of an unlikely hero

This chapter is the long anticipated Halloween dance where our characters have a night of fun and emotions run rampant as feelings are revealed and concealed all in the midst of of the dance floor...
