I watched dsotm yesterday and I was mad at Bay once again because honestly, he doesn't give enough character development to a lot of characters. Like Carly. I think she has a lot of potential and I am going to give her more 'life'.
Also I was bored and wanted another crack pair.
Sideswipes/Carly
AU where Sam didn't propose to Carly and continued their relationship with her and he strained it by lying to her. Sam and Bee ended up together.

She huffed off almost breaking her façade of a happy, understanding, and calm face with tears. These tears threatened to brim out and spill out right in front him, the one whom had broken her heart. Carly now began to run as fast as her long spidery leg could take her. Sam had just broken up with her. For the last 3 months (by going on his word) Sam had began to have feelings of the romantic kind towards his yellow robotic guardian.
Carly's face was now stained with tears as she finally reached the edge of the base. She spotted a silver car, and while not thinking to clearly, sat on its hood and brought her knees to her chest while burying her face in them and continued to cry. She threw a fit that would make her father disapprove and she swore so much that it make her mother faint.
She did this for a good hour or so. Finally, after calming down, she dragged her fingers threw her wind strewn golden wavy hair. And wiping her smudge one makeup covered eyes. She hadn't cried like this since she found out about her father's affair. Her breathing was now stable in long exasperated breaths.
"Ugh, are you done yet?" came a worried disembodied voice out of nowhere.
The British female screamed out of surprise and fell off the car's hood and onto the cold floor on her knees. Suddenly the silver car she was seated upon transformed into a giant alien robot. She blinked for a moment coming back to reality.
"Primus, sorry for scaring femme." Came from the now crouching robot that was now eye level with the organic.
The adrenaline now calming in her veins as she realized that he had heard everything she said, and had witnessed her child like tantrum.
"Y-You heard everything and saw didn't you?" she said while now sitting on her butt.
Mimicking her, he sat on his aft and said "Yeah, you know those were some really colorful words you shouted there, I didn't know most of them and looked them up." He chuckled.
Carly covered up her blushing face and curled up into a ball. "I am so sorry you had to witness that, I am normally never that lewd." She said quietly.
He laughed at her embarrassed behavior. "Who were you talking about anyways?"
"Sam." She spitted out coldly.
The giant mech was surprised; normally those two were a bird of the same feather. They were always together and always laughing. "What happened?" he asked wearily.
She laughed bitterly "Well, he lied to me for three months, lead me on for three GODDAMN months, and finally broke up with me today."
The mech was silent for a moment. Carly just continued to stare at her feet.
"Slag, that's rough, especially since you guys were mates." He sighed.
"Mates? No, we were just boyfriend and girlfriend." She stated confused.
"What are a boyfriend and girlfriend?" he asked.
"Before I answer that, what's your name?"
"It's Sideswipes."
"I'm Carly."
