She wasn't supposed to remember, but she did. He was supposed to be gone, and he was. They were supposed to be friends forever, through thick and thin, like the three musketeers. He was gone, and she remembered everything.

Their friendship, his smile, his laugh, his voice. She remembered everything. She wished that she could forget all of it. She was supposed to, but she didn't. She remembered. But it made it so hard, remembering that is. His laughs, smiles, and his voice haunt her dreams and he just haunts her every waking moments.

She wonders if he remembers, or if he forgot everything after he had gone. Gone where? She didn't know exactly, Sora had told her that he was part of him (Sora) now. Sora said that he didn't know what Roxas remembered, she called him a liar. She knew (thought) that Sora knew, but deep-down-inside, she knew that he was telling the truth. He didn't know how he felt, or what he remembered. She would never admit that though.

She cherished her memories of him, but oh-god how she wished that she didn't remember him. His name, was like a poison, Roxas. She was afraid of her dreams, not that she was exactly scared of him, she was scared that she remembered. And Hayner and Pence... Didn't.

Maybe she was supposed to remember for a reason, she didn't know why she would need to remember, but it was a plausible idea.

She wasn't supposed to remember, it was something that was an unwritten rule, and followed by all... with the exception of her.

Why hadn't she forgotten? Dear god, why hadn't she forgotten?

She remembered her feelings, her original dislike of him which grew into something more. It blossomed and evolved, not into hate or something of the sort. It went in the other direction, it turned into friendship(she remembered the day they became best friends) then into something more... she remembered. She never had told him, that decision haunted her even more than he did.

And it was slowly driving her insane.

All of the memories that should've (could've, would've) been forgotten, or atleast faded. That she remembered a person that everyone else said was nonexistent.

Hayner and Pence had even started holding her at arms length.

She was going crazy. And she knew it, everybody knew it.

The memories of him where making her go insane in everybody's minds... including her very own.

The only person that didn't consider her insane was Sora, it had always been Sora. He knew that Roxas was real, he believed her. He listened to everything she said. Comforted her when she was going through one of her mental breakdowns over her memories. Just like he would have.

She couldn't take it anymore. The memories that should've been forgotten. The smiles, the laughs, the adventures, they where becoming too much for her.

Then he returned, the same old Roxas that her horrid memories held. That she wished she could've forgotten.

He helped her heal. He told her he would never leave again. He held her close to him. Everybody's memories came back. And now nobody thought that she was crazy.

It was pure bliss remembering now.

FIN!
