See for yourself!NOTES:I will not stop writing the story: "A Complicated Love Among Species" in any way.Simply put, this idea has been working on my head for many days, and if I had not got it out of my mind, I could not go on with the other story. This adventure will not be too long. I expect at most 5 or 10 chapters, but I still do not know.Either way, I wanted to share it with you.

The lights of street lamps illuminated every corner of Royal Avenue. An avenue famous for having several casinos, bars, street shows and much more fun, so that all mammals could have fun on vacation or simply after a day of stress at work. Judy had been on the avenue for two days. Why this? In a particular casino, games there were illegal. Large deviations of money were made. In addition, several females were found almost unconscious after attending this casino. Complaints had been made on money several times, but in the last few days these complaints about the casino were better suited to the poor females who went in and out of there. Drugs, suppose, were put into the drinks without them noticed. Of these drugs, the result would be a female "in the clouds". Sex was also very present in this establishment, although it was not allowed.

"And the chief wants a rabbit to investigate the casino" Judy said to herself, sighing.

In her mind, she remembered why she had been responsible for the case. And if she saw Nick, she'd kill him. Several scenarios crossed her mind as to how she could torture that stupid fox, but neither was bad enough. She wanted a great deal of torture until she heard it come out of his lips, a VERY sorry apology.

Two days before, the shift had ended no problem for them. As they parked the car in the park, they left and entered the apartment as usual. Out of the habit, Bogo's voice screamed at their names in a furious tone. A simple gesture, and they were climbing the stairs to the buffalo's office.

"What was it this time?" Nick said, staring at his partner as confused as he was.

When they reached the office door, Judy knocked. The voice on the other side gave them permission to enter. They did so, closed the door, and remained inert in front of a grotesque table and an angry buffalo.

"I want explanations!"

Two eyebrows on Judy's forehead rose in confusion.

"What explanations?" She asked.

"What have you guys got in your head lately?" A bunch of thick ruffles fell on the table furiously. Judy approached and climbed into the chair in front of her. When she read the large black letters, her eyebrows arched. Turning in the accent, she glared at Nick.

"What is it?" He shrugged.

"Here drip-love has decided to play." Bogo sat in the chair and crossed his fingers.

"Nick, you cannot stay with the car for a week and you spoil everything."

"Can you please explain to me what I did?"

Judy turned again, picked up the papers, and jumped to the floor approaching him.

"Here, read well and PAY!" Her voice was furious.

The emerald-green eyes ran through the small words on the paper.

"You're just be kidding" he managed to say. "I do not…"

"Fines for speeding. Parking lot fines on place for the disabled. Several park ticket expiration fines and ... oh, cheeses and crackers, DRUNK?" Judy passed. "I'll never lend you the car again." A furious paw, she removed the papers from the fox's paws, then handed them back to the chief.

"Well, they are not so many?" Panic gripped him. Not because he would have to pay, do community service and/or get one of the more complicated cases, but rather by the furious little rabbit in front of him.

"Don't talk to me, Nick." She folded her arms.

"Well, Mr. Wilde. A week off. Another week of community service and a very complicated case I have with me." Bogo took one of his paws to a drawer beside him and took out two brown files. The papers with all the information would be in there. "Aside from that, you will have to pay the fines."

Dam! Nick thought to himself. To be without Judy during this week, led him to do crazy things and ... oh by the gods, what huge stupidity. All for lack of his companion and for it to have disappeared suddenly for BunnyBorrow. It had made him furious in a certain way, and he had stumbled in another direction.

"But don't worry, Wilde. You'll have company." Bogo's voice interrupted his thoughts.

"What do you mean?" Judy stared at the chief.

"It's not entirely his fault. It's yours, too."

"What?" Her foot was now clattering to the ground.

"You disappeared a week without explanation." Bogo raised a brow.

"But Chief, that was a mistake I apologized. Things happened a lot ... "

"Whatever the reason, you should have given some explanation. Secondly, I never allowed you to lend the car to your partner when he, even though he is now a police officer, has no right to revert to his inappropriate past." Black eyes stared at the fox in fury. Nick rolled his eyes. "So, you guys will take the Sapphira Casino case."

Judy brought a paw to her face. Tha's was case she least wanted. It was not that she didn't like this sort of thing, but the fame of that casino was huge and, although intelligent, she was a good loser. Except the other fact that would be deported to the Canal District.

Bogo got up from his chair, picked up the briefcases, and handed them both.

"Take the time you need. Your accommodation will be paid by the department. You guys will stay in a hotel nearby. I only want you here when you have the case resolved. Dismissed." Bogo turned his back on them, sent them out, and sat back in the chair, pinning his attention to the computer in front of him.

The first two weeks Nick was gone, Judy took the time to rest. The first week, it was hard for her to get used to his partner's absence in her daily rounds. By the second week, she was a little more accustomed. In the last two days before heading to the Canal District, Judy took advantage of and bought some formal clothes and dresses for enter the casino. After completing everything and paying the fines, Nick and Judy followed the way to the Canal District.

Two days there and Nick had already made his own. When they arrived, after a long three-hour drive, they parked in front of the hotel Bogo had indicated. Again, their names had to be disguised, with Nick being as Mark and Judy as Jasmine. After checking in at the hotel they were up to their room. As they opened the door, Judy thanked the boss for choosing a room with two beds and not just one. A heavy suitcase lay on the bed near the large window.

"How about we have some fun?" He suggested, putting his small suitcase on the floor beside one of the chairs by the wall.

"You go. I want to get some rest." she replied, sitting up on the bed and dropping onto her back on the soft mattress.

"As you wish." He shrugged. "I'm going to enjoy it and try out that's the bar has better."

"Do not drink too much, please."

"What nonsense, Carrots. You know I control myself." A mocking smile reappeared on his lips and then he turned away, picked up the keys, and turned his back on a weary bunny, walked out the door.

"Yes, of course." She said to the air, falling asleep.

Later that day, Judy was awakened with a knock at the door. Her eyes opened slowly. An 'One minute' came on a hoarse whisper. She straightened and headed for the door, yawning on the way. One of her paws was placed on the doorknob, the other rubbed one of her eyes. She opened the door.

"Ms. Jasmine?" The voice was female.

Judy looked at her. It was an all-white fox with reddish eyes. In her well-designed body, the hotel uniform denounced her as one of the receptionists. In her arms was a clumsy Nick, super drunk.

"Sorry to interrupt you, but your mate ..."

Judy rolled her eyes. She opened the door fully, stepped forward to Vixen, and opened her arms to receive a dead body smelling of alcohol.

"Thank you." She managed to say, and with sacrifice, closed the door and dragged the fox to his bed, laying him down. "What an idiot!" She said to herself as Nick slept soundly.

Judy turned away, leaving a fox to snore behind her, and lay back down to sleep.
