A Father's thoughts
Edward was busy to work when he got the call that his wife Bella's water has broken. "Is Alice there to give you a ride to the hospital and I met you there," Edward answered to the phone.
"Yes we are heading to the hospital right now as we speak," Bella answered.
Edward knocked on his boss's door and his boss looked up, "Yes?" a middle aged man answer. "Got to go to the hospital, Bella is in labor," he told his boss Joe.
"Good luck, and congrats!" Joe said to Edward and Edward nodded and headed out the door and to his car and started to drive to the hospital.
He can't believe him and Bella are going to have their first child and can't wait to met their child their son or daughter.
Edward grew worried for his wife, as he drove to the hospital as he parked the car he got out of the car and headed into the hospital and headed to the labor and delivery part of the hospital. "I'm the husband to Bella Masen," Edward Masen said to the front desk.
"In room 309," the woman at the desk told Edward. Edward nodded and headed to the room. Once he saw the room number he knocked first to be sure it was safe to enter first. When he heard someone say enter he came in. He saw Bella's face light up when he came into the room. He walked over to her and took her hand.
"They said I was to 4CM," Bella told her husband.
Many hours later there was a young daughter born they decided to call her Jen Masen. He held his daughter and she weighed 8lbs and 8oz at birth.

Five years later it is Jen's first day of school. Edward is holding Jen's hand and started heading to Jen's new school.
"Are you ready for your first day of school?" he asked as the school showed up. The little girl lifted her head and smiled at her daddy. "Yes daddy."
Edward was amazed it has been five years since Jen was born, he can't believe it has been that long already. Seemed like yesterday that she was just born and he held her for the first time.
