Beta Reader: ThinE; big thanks to her.
Story's Summary:
A collection of TsuxTsu shortfics. When blue meets green, something unordinary happens between them, and here you'll find what it is.
Chapter's Summary:
Delusion - Inside the dark practice room, there are two youths standing face to face in silence. – "You're cruel, Tsukimori."
Comment:
The first shortfic (Delusion) is another Livejournal contest entry (prompt: Heart); got the 1st place - which at first made me surprised, considering that not many people like 'boys love' in Corda fandom. But I'm utterly happy to know that there are still TsuxTsu worshipers out there! Let's spread more love to this couple~ ;3
Warning: Contains 'BL'
The Green Azure
Opus #1 - Delusion
"Do you love her?"
A bit dark and noisy; the rain was pounding the practice room window continuously as the icy glass produced deafening sounds. Yet, it didn't make Ryoutaro swallow the hard-to-ask question.
"What do you mean?" a pair of eyebrows quirked in annoyance, a simple sigh escaped from the violinist's lips. "Of course I do."
"Yes, of course you do," he didn't like to heave a sigh, but now, Ryoutaro thought that it couldn't be helped – Len's answer made him scratch his head. Slowly, he headed towards the iceberg, trapping the boy between his strong arms and wall.
"You're that type of person. You wouldn't bother yourself to have a relationship if you don't love her," Ryoutaro added, with his eyes piercing right through the light-golden orbs before him.
"Look who's talking," Len's forehead creased deeper, his both hands stayed idly on his sides, as Ryoutaro's breath started to caress his cheek. "You are no different from me."
"That's true, I guess," Ryoutaro simply nodded.
"You loved her," hearing Ryoutaro admitted it so easily, Len stated; his eyebrows gradually curved back to their perfect shape and his flawless forehead was wrinkle-free.
"I did. But now she's yours," Ryoutaro shrugged, still placing both his hands on the wall nonetheless, making a small jail for Len in between his arms.
"Oh, how generous of you," Len replied with less care, eyes diverted to Ryoutaro's collar bone, which was slightly revealed from the pianist's messy way of wearing his shirt.
"Are you kidding me?" Ryoutaro growled, cutting his face's distance from the other lad's expressionless one. "If I were that generous, I wouldn't do this."
The room's temperature was supposedly damp, with the splash of lightning occasionally peeking from the window. Yet, the heat from both youths was enough to melt any ice, even the one in the forever cold boy's heart, Tsukimori Len.
Faint panting slipped from Len's swollen lips, whilst Ryoutaro kept his eyes locked onto his other half's eyes, tracing the boy's forehead and sweeping away the blue strands from it with his hand.
"You're cruel, Tsukimori."
Merely staring at Ryoutaro's dark-golden orbs, Len remained in silence. The expression of the man before him was mixed with sincerity, pain and love. So full of meanings that forced him to at last bring his hands to carefully stroke the tanned skin Ryoutaro had; the cheeks, the nose, the neck, and lower... the part which Len had taken a liking to since the first time they were involved in this all weird relationship: Ryoutaro's collar bone.
Another lightning flashed from the window, sending Len – as the one who was facing the window, to briefly shut his eyes. The opportunity, however, was gained by Ryoutaro to place a quick, smooth peck on Len's eyelid.
"Tsukimori-kun?"
Both of the violinist's eyes opened, as he caught a familiar voice calling for him out of the blue from behind the door. Ryoutaro on the other hand, bit his lower lip and kneaded his hands into fists, before smiling reluctantly to the other boy; keeping his voice low.
"She's calling for you."
Len stared in silence, then gently answered Ryoutaro's question with another question.
"Are you alright if I answer her calling and not yours?"
Two eyebrows tweaked in confusion as Ryoutaro hissed a rather enraged reply.
"I'm not calling you!"
However, instead of putting his cold facade on as usual, Len softened his gaze, a faint smile tugged his lips' corners.
"You're calling me..." he whispered, sliding his palm along Ryoutaro's collar bone and stopped right on where Len had settled his eyes on – Ryoutaro's chest.
"...You're calling me here... In your heart."
A desperate groan slid out from Ryoutaro's lips as said pianist then crushed his mouth to the other's forcefully, invading Len's mouth with his tongue, tasting every inch of the violinist's cave. He tangled Len's hair with his fingers impatiently, whilst his heavy breathing was answered by Len's fingers, which were digging Ryoutaro's shoulders through the thin fabric, marking the place with his nails.
"Weird, it's dark inside. I wonder if I got the wrong room..."
The familiar voice echoed once more from behind the door; seemed like the person had peeked inside through the small glass on the door. Soon after, the sounds of a person walking away could be heard. And upon noticing it, Ryoutaro quickly released himself from the tongue war, panting hard with face flushed from lust.
"You should stop this, Tsukimori... You—"
Len's lips stopped Ryoutaro from speaking any further, sending the pianist's sanity to fly away again. Breaking the kiss for a while, Len tilted his head up, firmly staring at Ryoutaro's eyes without hesitations.
"Then make me... if you can."
Between the soft moaning which had escaped from the two parted lips right after the violinist finished his challenge, sorrowful whispers resounded again and again in the dark, dull practice room.
"You're cruel, Tsukimori, you're cruel..."
You're cruel...
"I have to go."
Breaking the kiss once again, Len pushed Ryoutaro away with his both palms. Meanwhile, still having difficulties in regaining his composure, Ryoutaro merely bit his lip. His arms felt heavy to let the thin body away from his embrace. It was so hard and precisely, hurt to do. Never would he want to let him go. Not now, not later. Still... he must...
"She's waiting for me."
Firm and clear, Len stated whilst he fixed his uniform and hair. He stared at Ryoutaro's awkward gaze afterwards, noticing the mixture of emotions behind those dark-golden orbs, but nothing he willed to utter towards the fragile pianist. Therefore, he gave Ryoutaro a pat on the shoulder, before heading to the door without a second glance.
"Tsukimori, do you love me?"
The question stopped Len from turning the door knob, resulting him tilt his head to face Ryoutaro. The violinist's expression was the same as usual. Cold, as though he was a perfect doll, emotionless. And Ryoutaro was the complete opposite of him. The pianist's worries, fear, pain, sorrow... were all described very clearly on his face as he waited for an answer.
The answer which he probably... had known from the start.
Sighing after staying in silence for a quite long moment, Len turned his face back to the door, opening it and was ready to step out, before pronouncing boldly without doubt.
"Yes, I do."
And there, the door slammed shut, as the footsteps of Len reverberated throughout the hallway, leaving only Ryoutaro to stand alone in the practice room.
The pianist smiled subsequently.
Yes, he smiled. Looked like their affair would long be there before coming to an end. He was happy; surely and obviously he was happy to still be able to embrace Tsukimori. But...
Perhaps the tears he sensed tracing down his cheeks were far more honest with his heart than his lips.
End of Opus #1
A/N: It could be considered as a shortfic, rather than a multi-chaptered fanfic. The future chapters will still be about TsuxTsu and the continuation of their 'weird' relationship, but all of the chapters still can stand alone. I'm planning to make a collection of shortfics after all.
