Crew members are standing around talking indistinctly. Janeway taps her spoon against her glass.

Janeway's communication badge beeps. Janeway steps to the side then taps her badge. Crew members resume talking.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)

Joe Carey's voice comes through Janeway's comlink.

We have multiple Security Alerts coming from Holodeck 1. With multipule strange life signs.
Janeway looks at TUVOK.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Thank you, send a security team and have them wait for Tuvok and me.
Janeway taps her badge and walks to Tuvok.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)
Tuvok, we have another round of the alarms again on Holodeck 1.
TUVOK
Do you think that this will be any different from all of the previous times we have had the alarms go off, but found nothing?
Show Janeway and wall behind her.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
We can't just ignore this, much as we want to, because things do not always happen logically.
TuVOK
True. A question though, why are they happening at an increasing frequency...
KATHRYN JANEWAY

Janeway and Tuvok start to walk to the door.
NAOMI WILDMAN

Everyone looks at the human outline that looks like the wall behind Janeway. It is standing two or three feet from the wall and is within arm's distance to Janeway.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
You can relax Naomi, it's just Q.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Why act like you are trying to hide but then hide where everyone can see you?
Q drops the disguise. He is wearing his completely white uniform.

That is a very good question, but you will have to find the answer yourself.

I am here ironically enough to answer some questions and to give advice.

There is only one man in Holodeck 1, but there are other dangerous things inside. Some are alive and some are not.

Every one looks at Janeway after Q's first sentence. Q leads all the people towards Holodeck 1.

My son and a couple of other young Q's got together and combined their power to pull his galaxy into yours.

He is more dangerous than when 7 of 9 first came on your ship. He could kill all of you and not be injured.
NAOMI WILDMAN
How is he so powerful?

Q pulls down the white collar of his shirt. A bruise in the shape of a handprint with a thumb on one side of his neck and four fingers on the other side.

Naomi's outfit changes into a captain's outfit, while Kathryn Janeway's uniform changes into civilian's clothes.

Naomi shrugs her shoulders.

Everyone listens as soft, indiscernible rhythmic chanting starts, with metal armor clanging as the beat.

Janeway starts toward the door.

Janeway stops and looks back at Q.

One other thing, the man was brought back to life against his will in a galaxy that he and the life forms know nothing about.

Is there any way to sperate the merged galaxies into their separate galaxies?

That will be decided in the future. Remember this, I will force you to obey Naomi, if you disobey.
TUVOK
But who or when will this be decided?

It will be the results of the collective actions of what each side does in the future.
Suddenly the ship rocks violently.

The ship is being rearranged, now the main cargo bay is right next to Holodeck 1.

Naomi walks toward the door. The door opens. DARTH VADER's breathing is heard. We see inside. Darth Vader is visible doing the Dha Werda Verda and singing the song. He stops hitting his chest and singing. There are four ships in the Holodeck, along with numerous big boxes, and mechanical tools lying around.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I am Kathryn Janeway of the Federation Starship USS Voyager.
Darth Vader
(silence)
The camera looks at Darth Vader.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Where are you from?

What kind of ships do we have here?
DARTH VADER
Fighters or small transports.

Why were you singing and beating your chest?
DARTH VADER
It is part of a a Mandalorian war chant, called Dha Werda Verda, which means in this language, Rage of the Shadow Warriors.

DARTH VADER
They sing it before they go into battle, it required stamina, timing, and trust in the individuals around you.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Why did it require trust?
DARTH VADER
The rhythmic strikes are infused with the other person's full strength. If done wrong it you would get an injury to the face or head.
TUVOK
Why perform a war chant?
DARTH VADER
It sharpens the mind and taught cooperative coordination, and exciting exercise, but to outsiders it was a warning of the disciple and reflexes of the Mandalorians.
TUVOK
Who are the Mandalorians? Are they human?
DARTH VADER
Not the nicest group of people. It is a culture not a species. They welcomed just about any species into their culture if they worked hard enough in showing their interest in becoming Mandalorian and past other tests.

Inform the B'omar that we were brought here against our will.

Q disappears with a bright flash.

Yes, they do. But they hate us in the strongest sense of the word. So I would not mention me, the continuum or anything relating to him or this other stuff and creatures to them.

There is another ship being pursued by the B'omar, it's design is unknown.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
This ship's design is not in any of our databases?
JOE CAREY

EXT. in front of Voyager Space Night.
The other ship, SLAVE 1, releases Seismic charges amongst the B'omar ships. The three Seismic charges wipe out 64 B'omar ships. Four B'omar ships remain.

Three pieces just fell off of the ship the B'omar were pursuing and wiped out sixty four of the B'omar ships.

The unidentified ship starts shooting at the four B'omar ships.

The other ship has started firing on the B'omar ships as well.

Is it taking damage?
JOE CAREY (V.O.)
It is small and fast enough, that the skilled pilot is able to avoid being hit. (MORE)
The four B'omar ships blow up under the combined assault of Voyager and the unidentified ship.
JOE CAREY (V.O.)
All the B'omar ships have been destroyed.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Hail that ship and thank them for helping us.
JOE CAREY (V.O.)
Aye, captain.
Janeway taps her badge.
Int. Slave 1 Night.
BOBA FETT is using a Holoprojecter. We cannot see who he is talking to.
Boba fett
That is all I have to report.
Boba shuts off the Holoprojecter. His Holoprojecter beeps a few seconds after he shuts it off. Next line Boba is talking to himself.
BOBA FETT (CONT'D)
Why are they calling?

Bobs Fett's voice is heard through Voyager's command deck.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
They can be a pain.

Janeway steps back enough to be out of hearing distance to those by the Holodeck doors and Darth Vader.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)
Go ahead.
Joe Carey's voice is heard through Janeway's badge.
JOE CAREY (V.O.)
I've reached him, but we are only receiving audio, he may or may not be able to receive visuals.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

BOBA FETT (V.O.)
Your crew member seems quite impressed by me.
Janeway laughs.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
It is pretty hard to find a single ship that can take out sixty four B'omar ships. Thank your crew, they did a good job.
There is a pause in which Boba does not reply.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
The only crew on my ship that I am aware of is me.
There is a pause before Janeway replies.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Then you are an exceptional pilot.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
In my profession that is a very big plus.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I've been told that you weren't hit yet you lost some dangerous cargo.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
I did not lose cargo, those were very effective weapons, as you saw.

No, I am exploring for a group from another galaxy.

How did you enter our galaxy?
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
There was an area in our galaxy near the planet Kessel that was full of black holes.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
But black holes will destroy anything.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
You are correct. There was a superweapon made, and in order to use up the ammo...
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Your people destroyed the black holes?
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
We thought the black holes could take any thing without consequences. But the explosions along with the other weaponry being fired into the black holes...
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Formed constructive interference which resonated at a frequency to cause a chain reaction that destroyed all the black holes.
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
Yes, and opened up a new area of space that needed to be mapped and explored. But there are some signs that more black holes will form in the near future so we need to decide what we want to do.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Did you find anything so far?
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
Just the remains of an old space station called Sinkhole Station.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Who is this group that you are exploring for?
BOBA FETT (V.O.)
I will not answer that question right now, when I have just started talking to you.

Naomi walks to the doors of Holodeck 1 where Janeway is waiting.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I think that we need to leave this man here, so we can talk to someone who knows more about this other galaxy.
Naomi looks at Darth Vader and takes a couple of steps in his direction.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Do you mind waiting here while we talk to someone else?
DARTH VADER
No.
NAOMI WILDMAN
We will have guards outside, but you don't plan on causing trouble do you?
DARTH VADER
No.
InT. Voyager OUTSIDE HOLODECK 1 DOORS
Everyone but Darth Vader leaves Holodeck 1. The doors close.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I think that we should bring the person from the other ship on board.
NAOMI WILDMAN
You think he will be more cooperative if we meet him face to face?
Janeway rolls her eyes.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

NAOMI WILDMAN
I have watched and heard about a lot of the meetings involving other species. Bring him aboard.
Janeway taps her badge.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Offer to beam him aboard so we can learn about his galaxy.

JOE CAREY (V.O.)
Yes, captain... (pause)
The man refused saying he has never heard of this technology.
NAOMI WILDMAN
How else can we bring him aboard?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
We'll use the air lock.
Joe, tell him to use the port side air lock. We'll be in route with the security team.
JOE CAREY (V.O.)
Aye, Janeway. (long pause) he agrees.
Janeway taps her badge and starts to lead them down the hallway.
Ext. Voyager beside air lock
Slave 1 puts its flat side toward Voyager and backs up.
INT. Voyager beSIDE AIR LOCK
NAOMI WILDMAN
I have never seen a ship with the air lock on the back of a ship before.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Neither have I.
Slave 1 docks. The air lock opens. There is a pause then Boba Fett steps on to Voyager in his Mandalorian armor. Janeway and her crew share a look after they see Boba.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)
You look like a soldier.
BOBA FETT
When in new territory it is wise to be prepared.
The crew members watch Boba as he walks toward Janeway with his rifle in hand but pointed toward the floor.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Who are you?
BOBA FETT
Boba Fett.
There is a pause as Janeway and the others wait for Boba to elaborate.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
The way you said that makes me think there is more to you.
BoBA FETT
Most people who know who I am, where I am from are terrified of me.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Why?
BOBA FETT
I am a bounty hunter as well as doing other jobs as needed.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Then you are a good bounty hunter?
BOBA FETT
I am one of the best.
TUVOK
We would like to talk to you but you are a security threat...
BOBA FETT
We can talk here, but like you don't trust me, I don't trust you.
Naomi pulls Janeway aside.
NAOMI WILDMAN
I think we can trust Boba if we keep him ignorant of our other guest.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Good idea.
Naomi and Janeway rejoin the others.
NAOMI WILDMAN
If you will follow me I'll lead you to the meeting room.
Boba Fett nods his head. Naomi walks a little bit ahead of Fett and leads everyone else.
Int. Voyager Hallways 2
Everyone is walking and talking with Naomi still in the lead. Janeway walks to arm's distance of Fett.
BOBA FETT
Is she in charge?...
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Yes, although I can assure you that is not the case normally.
INT. Voyager meeting room.
Naomi, Tuvok, Janeway, and Boba Fett walk into the room. Tuvok stands by the door. Naomi and Janeway sit on one side of the table with their backs to Tuvok. Boba goes around the table to sit facing them.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Why don't you start with a brief history of your galaxy? Then we will go from there.

In recent years the main conflicts are centered around two very different groups.

No, but I am doing the exploring work for one of them.

The Jedi, who try to be peace keepers, negotiators, but they don't work for any government.

The Sith, who try to rule the entire galaxy with them holding all the power or...

Scheming and plotting to get the power for them or the next Sith master and apprentice.

Would the Sith want the information that you gather in your explorations?

Yes, but most of the information will be made public. And the Sith know this.

So the citizens of our galaxy know a little about what your galaxy is like. This will help some of the them from starting trouble accidently.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
That would be a relief. Because one species in our galaxy, the Kreetassans, find eating in public to be vulgar.
Janeway's badge beeps. Janeway taps her badge. Joe Carey's voice comes over Janeway's badge.

Janeway taps her badge. She waits for a few seconds then taps her badge again. The EMH's voice comes through Janeway's badge.

Doctor, there bugs in the ventilation system, we've got them trapped. If any come your way, keep them alive and study them.
Int. Voyager MEETING ROOM.
Janeway walks in. Fett turns his head towards Janeway.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
We seemed to have picked up a infestation of bugs from a previous guest.
BOBA FETT
BUGS! Be Careful!
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I think we can handle a few bugs.
BOBA FETT
There are alien bugs in our galaxy, that are used as weapons, that are quite effective.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Can you identify these bugs?
Boba, slowly gets up.
BOBA FETT
Better yet, I can show you what they look like. I just need to get to my ship.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Naomi and the security team will escort you back to your ship.

Boba Fett, Naomi, and Tuvok lead the security team back towards the air lock. Boba walks beside Naomi, who is having to walk quickly to keep up the pace.

Naomi looks a little nervous at this.

Janeway walks to a turbolift. She goes inside.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
This has been a wild day, I hope that it calms down a little, but it probably won't.
Int. Voyager BESIDE AIR LOCK
A security team is watching the ship.
BOBA FETT
Stay here while I get, what I need.
Boba Fett steps through the air lock.
Int. VoYAGER OUTSIDE HOLODECK 1 DOORS
Janeway pauses.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
This could be interesting.
Janeway walks into Holodeck 1.
Int. Voyager inside holodeck 1
Darth Vader is bending down behind some boxes. He suddenly stands up and walks to a box with a burned top. The burn is in the shape of a number. Vader opens the box away from Janeway and throws something inside.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
What do you know about the bugs running around my ship?
DARTH VADER
I opened three unlabeled boxes and bugs just came pouring out of each of them.
Janeway rolls her eyes as she asks a question.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Did you know what was inside?
DARTH VADER
No.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
The Q have some sense of humor to put bugs that could be dangerous in unlabeled boxes with people who don't know how to handle them.
DARTH VADER
Then you already know that some of them can hit very fast or explode or can cut through some types of armor?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
They are that dangerous?
DARTH VADER
Yes.
Janeway taps her badge.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

If you find any of those bugs they could be explosive or could cut through the medical computers or hit something pretty hard.

He has not returned.
Boba walks out of the air lock with a Holoprojecter. The Holoprojecter is turned off.

Take me to your doctor, so I can tell him what to expect from these bugs.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Can you tell him how to treat any injures that might occur?
BoBA FETT
I can tell him what kind of injuries to expect, but I am not a medical professional.

Everyone is walking towards the turbolift.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
What can you tell us about these bugs?
BOBA FETT

BOBA FETT
The first type of bug is called Nang hul in the Yuuzhan Vong language. That is what your Doctor was looking at.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Who are the Yuuzhan Vong?
BOBA FETT
A species that everything that they used from weapons to star ships was organic. They attacked our galaxy and took over for a while.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
So they were dangerous, even though they just used living ships and weapons?
BOBA FETT
Some of their ships fired molten rock, which some ships did not have the proper shielding to stop those weapons, plus they shot bugs that would eat metal.
EMH, DOCTOR, CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Completely organic now that is strange.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
How could organic ships move at anything faster than a snail's pace?
BOBA FETT
Because they were made of organic substances, the ship and weapons, I was talking about were alive.

You mean like these bugs we have here?
BOBA FETT
Exactly. The bug I mentioned earlier in our language is called a thud bug.

Why are they called that?
BOBA FETT
Because if they hit you they could knock you to the ground or break limbs. They can go faster than one hundred fifty KPH.

Then they could cause quite a bit of damage indeed.
BOBA FETT
The thud bug if it missed its mark, would fly back to the warrior who threw it.
NAOMI WILDMAN
What about the other two types of bugs?
Boba points to the center jar.
BOBA FETT
That is a Razor bug. They are basically living knives. They can pierce some types of armor.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Will they circle back if they miss?
BOBA FETT
Sometimes. But they are resolute, little things; they have a habit of attacking until they were killed or the target was subdued.
EMH, DOCTOR, CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
What about the last type of bugs?
BOBA FETT
They are Blast bugs, the most dangerous of the bugs, when compared one on one.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I take it from the name that these can explode?
BOBA FETT
Correct, with enough force to throw people through the air, causing third-degree burns. They too can breach some types of armor.
Boba points to the left most jar.

Have the bugs stopped coming through the ducts?

They stopped a few minutes after you last called. They actually started heading back to Holodeck 1.

Darth Vader stands up. He takes his lightsaber off his belt. He holds his other hand over the weapon for a second. The audience sees the inside of the lightsaber, the two wires from the power cell disconnect. He hands the lightsaber to Janeway.

DARTH VADER
I have made it safe. It was handmade, so please make sure it comes back to me.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

I have, but I know that I am not the person who has visited the most planets in my galaxy.
Janeway walks in.

Our other guest, who has not identified himself, let me take an item and see if and how you reacted to it.

Janeway places the lightsaber down on the table. The blade end is facing Janeway. She takes a seat and places both of her arms and chest in what would be the blade's path if the lightsaber was on.

KATHRYN JANEWAY
He just said it was handmade.
BOBA FETT
This is a very dangerous weapon.
Boba Fett picks up the lightsaber for a second and examines it before placing it exactly where it was before.

Like will it explode?
BOBA FETT
If it was made correctly then it will not explode.

There were only two main groups of people who made lightsabers the Jedi and the Sith.

They could cost from around the amount for a small space freighter to something close to what this ship costs.

These are not standardized weapons. Each Sith or Jedi built their own lightsaber, to his or her own preferences.

Due to the fact that they were not standardized, this made getting specs almost impossible...
NAOMI WILDMAN
Then you could piece it together?
BOBA FETT
No, while the design was extremely flexible, so if you did not know what the original maker planned on using for each piece, it could explode.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
You're saying that if you had a collection of pieces, you might not get one lightsaber, but if you-
Boba Fett interrupts Janeway.
BOBA FETT
Knew what you were doing, then you could get several.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Then that makes the design how you would trace a lightsaber.
BOBA FETT
Correct. I know of designs that will work underwater, or have the outside casing made of a type of wood that was as strong as metal, have a tooth as the outside casing, or even had jewels as the casing and use jewels from a tiara inside to focus the beam. Or use parts of a projector to made a lightsaber.
NAOMI WILDMAN

It looks familiar.
Janeway stands up and picks up the lightsaber.

The doors into Holodeck 1 open. The audience sees Vader's TIE fighter floating through the air. It sets down next to JABITHA. The audience sees Janeway and Naomi looking at the floating ship.

Vader walks into view, with his back towards the door. Boba Fett freezes for a second when he sees Vader.

Vader has his left hand, out towards the coralskipper. He pauses. Then turns around slowly. Vader looks at Boba Fett.

Janeway looks at Boba Fett and Darth Vader. Naomi looks at Boba Fett, Darth Vader, and Janeway. Every one then enters the Holodeck.

The viewscreen comes to life. Luke Skywalker, MARA JADE SKYWALKER, BEN SKYWALKER, and VESTARA KHAI are visible. Luke is wearing the farm boy outfit he was wearing at the start of A New Hope.

It looks the same as Beside Air Lock except that the docking port is on the opposite side. Janeway and the group she is leading walk into view. Janeway's badge beeps, then Janeway taps her badge and Tom's voice is heard coming from Janeway's badge.

Captain the other ship will be docking any second now.
Ext. Voyager Space Night
We see around the ship, from the front, starting on the starboard side. Slave 1 is docked at Voyager's starboard docking port on the starboard side. As the port side comes into view, we see Jade Shadow lining up to dock, with the front of Jade Shadow facing the way Voyager is facing.
Int. Voyager bESIDE AIR LOCK 2
The air lock opens. Luke walks in, while looking around.
LuKE
Nice ship.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Thank You. Welcome aboard the USS Voyager.
LuKE
My I see the lightsaber?
Janeway looks at Tuvok, then back at Luke.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
That was direct.
LuKE

TUVOK

Luke smiles.
Janeway hands Luke the lightsaber. Naomi is watching, and she spots Luke's lightsaber as Luke reaches for the lightsaber.

Luke smiles at Naomi.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Is this your father's?
Luke spins the lightsaber and runs his hand over the handle, avoiding the blade emitter.
LuKE

Luke looks at Janeway.
LuKE (CONT'D)
I would like to meet this man who claims to be my father.
NAOMI WILDMAN
That is OK, follow us.
Janeway and Tuvok share a look and then follow, as Naomi leads Luke away. C-3PO and R2-D2 come through the air lock and follow Luke.
INT. voyager OUTSIDE HOLODECK 1 DOORS
Luke is following Naomi, from a few steps back. Luke pauses as he gets close. He takes a deep breath. Everyone hears SFX (A METAL ON METAL SCRAPING SOUND). Luke walks into the Holodeck, with everyone in the group following.
LuKE
I have a feeling that this is my father.
NAOMI WILDMAN

The Force can give you a lot of information.
Naomi walks in looking annoyed.
INT. Voyager INSIDE HOLODECK 1
Darth Vader is looking into back of the Chiss Clawcraft's cockpit.
DARTH VADER
I was beginning to think I was going to have to seek you out, instead of inspecting this Clawcraft.
LuKE

DARTH VADER
You are a Jedi my son.
Darth Vader backs out of the cockpit and turns to face Luke.
DARTH VADER (CONT'D)
I apologize for the Emperor.

DARTH VADER

LuKE
She knows of your past, but realizes that she can learn from your past. As well as some else who has been a Sith apprentice, Vestara Khai.

There are a group of extremely powerful people in this universe who did this.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
They are a race called the Q Continuum.
DARTH VADER
Several young Q's got it in their heads to try to bring someone back from the dead.

Darth Vader laughs loudly.

Luke smiles, not realizing that Vader is talking about using Force choke on the guards. In Darth Vader's mind, we see from Darth Vader's point of view, Admiral CONAN ANTONIO MOTTI getting choked. Vision ends.
LuKE
I will talk to Leia, and tell her what is going on.
Luke over to Jabitha. He then sits down on front of the ship. He closes his eyes.
LuKE (CONT'D)
This feels different.
Why do I feel the ship?
DARTH VADER
She is alive like all ships of Sekotan design and feels the connection between us.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
How is he going to contact Leia?
DARTH VADER
Through the Force.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

Janeway looks over to Naomi.
NAOMI WILDMAN
They must have a lot of training or practice to be able to that.
KATHRYN JANEWAY

That ship is alive.

I don't think the coralskipper would be a good idea. Besides, you should probably wait to pilot until after you have had a medical checkup.

Jade Shadow, since I know that you know your way around ships, you'll be interested in the fact that Han, Leia, LANDO CALRISSIAN, and I changed out her yacht-class drive units and replaced them with freighter-class drive units.

But those will slow down the ship...

Darth Vader and Luke walk over to Janeway.

We are going to go to one of my people's ships for awhile.
Janeway looks at Naomi. Naomi nods in approval.

Everyone walks out of the Holodeck.

Luke leads Darth Vader to the door. Boba Fett has fallowed them to their surprise.

KATHRYN JANEWAY

BOBA FETT

Janeway looks shocked and a little scared at hearing this.

They ship's hallway goes to the left and right from the airlock. They walk to the front of the ship.

Boba Fett turns to work the console. Darth Vader is standing behind watching.

They want us to land in the main hanger bay.

Jade Shadow flies into the hanger bay of the Retribution. The ship lands slowly. There are three guards waiting for the ship to land. FI is lead guard.

Darth Vader motions for Luke and Fett to lead the way. Luke leads Boba Fett and then Darth Vader off the ship.

FI, a clone commando in battle uniform, is waiting for them.

Fi sees Darth Vader. Fi looks at Luke.

Luke leads them out of the hanger bay smiling.

Most of the crew members are clone commandos. NINER is working the security console.

Leia looks toward a girl (about ten years old). The girl is dressed in a smaller version of a mechanic's outfit. It is covered in grease stains. The girl is not bothered by this. She has grease in her brown hair that reaches to the bottom of her shoulder blades.

Your great-grandfather is coming. I don't know what his personality is going to be like, so be careful.

LEIA

Leia picks up her comlink off of a console. Mirta's voice comes through Leia's comlink.

Luke, Boba Fett, and Darth Vader are walking towards the closed shiny security doors to the bridge.

Behind the three men a female figure in Mandalorian armor peaks around a corner. Luke sees the figure's reflection on the door.

Boba Fett tenses. The female figure hides.

The three men stop at the door with Luke besides the door controls.

Leia is talking to HAN SOLO. They are facing away from camera. Allana is pacing back and forth, with her head down. CHEWBACCA, standing next to Han, growls softly and put a hand on Han's shoulder. DARMAN, a clone commando, is working the ship's communication station.

Chewie, wait a second.
Luke leads in Boba Fett, followed by Darth Vader. Darth Vader turns around and closes the bridge doors. SFX: DOORS CLOSING. Allana hears the doors close.

Boba Fett puts his fingers on the trigger of his rifle and moves to it to be ready to shoot. Not pointing at anything.
ALLANA DJO SOLO (CONT'D)
Been practicing with his lightsabers?
Darth Vader takes a step towards her. Allana looks up hearing the heavy step. SFX: HEAVY FOOTSTEP. When sees who it is, she takes a step back and gasps.
LEIA
What is it, Allana?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
It is different hearing about someone and seeing them in real life.
Leia and Han spin around to look at where Darth Vader and Allana are. Han's hand grabs the but of his blaster. Darth Vader goes down on one knee to be closer to Allana's height.

Darth Vader looks at Leia.

Darman taps on the communication console.

Darth Vader looks at Leia, his body language is curious.

Darth Vader gets up and then walks to a spot on the bridge, where he can see the main screen, but where he won't be seen by the communication camera.

Leia nods. Leia turns to Darman.

The screen comes to life, with Tenel Ka Chume'Ta Djo, the only one on screen. Her long golden red hair is braided and she is wearing a two piece outfit, consisting of a long sleeve shirt with extra length to protect the back and belly area if she was moving around. Her pants were also made of green lizard skin armor. She is wearing a purple colored tiara, it is a single gem.

Allana walks up towards Darth Vader from behind. She puts her hand in one of Darth Vader's. Darth Vader is surprised at this.

Janeway is walking back and forth on the bridge. Naomi is sitting in one of the chairs.

We just meet a brand new civilization and we have a great opportunity to learn a lot more about them.

Han Solo looks at Chewie and mutters.

The ship's pilot, BOSS, comes up to Han having over heard what he said.

Boss goes back to his control panel. While Han looks star struck that Darth Vader was that knowledgable about the galaxy.

So you didn't just ignore the stuff that did not have anything thing to do with the Rebellion?
Darth Vader (SFX: DEEP CHUCKLES) chuckles.
DARTH VADER
As a person from a young age, who has always had an interest in space travel, it was a hobby that I could do while working for the Empire. Besides seeing how things changed over time.
TeNEL KA CHUME'TA DJO
Now that is impressive. Most impressive. Now you keep an eye on Darth Vader, Allana. If he so much as scares you accidently, you get Luke and Leia to throw him off of the ship.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Will do.
The transmission ends. Immediately the console beeps. Allana goes over to Darth Vader and grabs his hand. Boba Fett starts to follow them.
ALLANA DJO SOLO (CONT'D)
I want to introduce you to a friend of mine.
Darth Vader nods and lets Allana pull him towards the door to exit the bridge. The door opens, with Mirta Gev just about to open the door from the other side.
MIRTA GEV
Hello, grandfather.
Everyone turns toward Darth Vader hearing that.
DARTH VADER
Not me.
MIRTA GEV
Boba, I was talking to you.
BOBA FETT
This seems to be the day for family reunions.
MIRTA GEV
So it is.
Mirta looks at Leia through the doorway.
MIRTA GEV (CONT'D)
Can I talk to my grandfather?
LEIA
You can go. We do not need you anymore.
Mirta leads Boba to the main hanger bay. Darth Vader looks at Allana.
DARTH VADER

ALLANA DJO SOLO

Allana tries to pull Darth Vader outside of the bridge. Darth Vader looks back at Leia, who nodes. Darth Vader then lets Allana put him outside.

Allana pulls Darth Vader down a hallway to the left of the bridge (if you were exiting) for a few steps, then stops.

Sure although, having boarded a number of these ships in the past, I have a pretty good idea where everything is.

The communication console beeps.

Is she calling back again?
DARMAN
No. It is the USS Voyager.
LEIA
Put it on screen.

The viewscreen comes to life. Voyager's bridge is visible in the background.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
A source told us that someone in your galaxy is very young but old enough to be considered a ruler in your galaxy.
Leia looks at Janeway suspiciously.
LEIA
And you think that person is on this ship?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
With circumstances like this, coincidences are almost impossible.
LEIA
Who told you that?
Chewie growls at Janeway in a threatening manner.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Did your father not tell you?
LEIA
He did not, not that I would have believed him and he knows this. Which may have been one of his reasons for not telling me.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
What did your father say about how he came back?
Leia calms down a little bit at this.
LEIA
He only said that he did not want to come back and fought against it.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Well, I told your father of a powerful race, called the Q Continuum.
Leia nods.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)
They were the race that brought your father back.
LEIA
But what does this have to do with how you knew that?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
The father of one of the Q's who brought your father back told us a little about your galaxy.
LEIA
Hold on a second.
Without waiting for Captain Janeway to say anything, she turns to Darman.
LEIA (CONT'D)
Darman cut her audio and turn off the camera.
Darman looks at her curiously, while working his console.
DarmAN
Done. Can you explain?
LEIA
I want to watch her for a second but I do not want her to be able to see or hear anything that happens here.
Darman nods.
DARmAN
OK.
Darman goes back to having all of his attention on his console. Leia picks up her comlink again and pushes a few buttons on it.
LEIA

Janeway looks curious.

Janeway walks over to Naomi.
KATHRYN JANEWAY (CONT'D)
Naomi, do you have any ideas about what is going on?
NAOMI WILDMAN
They may be having technical issues, but I doubt that...
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Meaning?...
NAOMI WILDMAN
They are curious about how we react to a situation or there is something going on over there that they do not want us to know any thing about.
Janeway turns to look at Tuvok.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Does that make sense to you?
Tuvok pauses.
TUVOK
It does, but I believe based on how most of their actions do not seem threatening, that there is a reasonable chance that Naomi is right.
Janeway starts to turn back to Naomi. Naomi is looking at Tuvok.
NAOMI WILDMAN
Do you have any other ideas, Tuvok?
TUVOK
I believe that there is a chance that Leia knows who you were talking about and may be either related to that child or cares about that child.
Softly Janeway talks to herself.

Hopefully, going to a child for ideas, will please Q enough that he will place me back in command.
INT. RETRIBUTION crew Quarters
Allana is leading Darth Vader down a hallway. There are three double doors on each side of the hallway.
AlLANA DJO SOLO
And these are the crew quarters.
DARTH VADER
These are exactly where they would normally be. This ship reminds me of Tantive IV.
Darth Vader stops walking and looks at Allana. Allana continues walking for a few steps. Then looks back at Darth Vader.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Why are you looking at me like that?
DARTH VADER
Do you not recognize the name Tantive IV?
Allana shakes her head.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Why? Should I?
Darth Vader laughs loudly.
DARTH VADER
That was the name of the ship where I captured Leia in the Galactic Civil War.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
OK.
Darth Vader stops chuckling. Darth Vader and Allana resume walking in their original direction.
SFX: Music Up Full, Imperial March
Allana and Darth Vader stop walking. Darth Vader looks at Allana. Allana sighs and pulls out her comlink.
DARTH VADER

Allan rolls her eyes.

Allana angrily answers.

Leia and Allana are both talking. They can both be heard clearly.

So I do not have to rely on hand to hand combat as my only means of self defense and it along with a blaster...
Leia stops talking.
ALLANA DJO SOLO (CONT'D)
And I don't even have my own, so now if I meet them, I am weapon-less.
INT. RETRIBUTION INSIDE BRIDGe
Leia walks over to Han and Luke. A few feet a away she sets her comlink down.
LEIA
Do you think it is a good idea for us to reveal who the person is that they know about?
HAN SOLO
No, because I don't trust them.
LuKE
The Force gave me a good feeling about those people, so if she wants to go...
LEIA
Then we have the perfect excuse to sent her over with body guards. But who would want to go?
HAN SOLO
I wouldn't.
Chewie growls. Han hearing this turns to Chewie.
HAN SOLO (CONT'D)
Chewie are you sure?
Chewie growls again. Han turns to look at Leia and Luke.
HAN SOLO (CONT'D)
Chewie says he'll go.
Darman walks up and coughs.
DARmaN
If you let us, me Fi and Niner, will go with her. We will wear heavy battle armor.
LEIA
That is approved.
Darman walks out of the bridge.
LEIA (CONT'D)
We'll see how see likes the idea if she has to wear heavy battle armor made of Mandalorian iron.
Leia turns to Boba Fett.
LEIA (CONT'D)
Go get your relative and both of you do not let her out of your sight.
Luke rolls his eyes
LuKE
I'll go. That will be more than enough protection for her.
LEIA
No, send Darth Vader as well because if he wants to protect her it will show.
Han looks at Leia with a surprised look on his face.
HAN SOLO
You are counting on the fact that your father is not a subtle man?
LEIA
Yes. He'll also know who are the characters on that ship who need to be watched.
LuKE
You don't think that will be too obvious?
LEIA
No, watch and let what you see in him give you another piece of information about these people.
Luke gives Leia a wary look.

Allana angrily shuts her comlink off. Then she and Darth Vader resume walking.

Allana looks at Darth Vader with a quizzical look.
DARTH VADER (CONT'D)
Anger leads to hate... Hate leads to suffering.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Where did you get that piece of junk?
Allana stops because Darth Vader stops walking behind her. Darth Vader chuckles a little and goes to down on his knees to Allana's level.
DARTH VADER
That piece of wisdom came from one of the oldest Jedi...
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Wait, you knew who said that?
DARTH VADER
He was one of my mentors.
Allana looks down and pauses then mutters to herself, before raising her head.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Did Luke ever meet this Jedi?
DARTH VADER
He did. Why do you ask?
Allana rolls her eyes.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Luke will sometimes say things, and smile, like he was remembering somebody. Plus the wording is not normal.
DARTH VADER
That is the way he spoke. But when I said that I want you to learn from my mistakes and not let things pull you to the dark side.
Allana looks arrogantly at Darth Vader, with her body language changing to a face Darth Vader straight on.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
I'll know and be able to stop.
DARTH VADER
I would have probably said the exact same thing, but look where it got me.
Allana deflates.
ALLANA DJO SOLO

Allana jumps as her comlink goes off again. SFX: Imperial March. Darth Vader laughs in a light hearted manner.

At least I can say I made Darth Vader laugh, but it is not that funny.
Darth Vader stops laughing. Allana opens her comlink. Leia's voice comes through Allana's comlink.
LEIA
Do you still want to go over to that other ship?
Allana looks confused.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Yes.
LEIA
Here is the question, how much do you want to go?
Allana has a small smile.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
What do you mean?
LEIA
Will you wear your Mandalorian Iron-and other lightsaber resistant, heavy battle armor?
Allana has a huge smile.

She pulls Darth Vader down a hallway running excitedly. And skipping.
INT. RETRIBUTION INSIDE BRIDGE
Leia looks at Han.
LEIA
Blast it! She is too much of a tomboy sometimes!
Han, out of comlink range, smiles.
HAN SOLO
We have been training her to fly a fighter, the Jade Shadow, and the Millennium Falcon...
LEIA
So, when we taught her how to fix those ships, and shoot at targets from those ships, we helped turn her into to more of a tomboy.
Han nods and smiles.
HAN SOLO
Yes, and I imagine that Darth Vader will do more of the same.
Leia's face falls.
LEIA

LEIA
The human slave boy that won the race, he'll turn her into a someone who makes droids like C-3PO.
HAN SOLO
But he was also one of the best pilot's in the galaxy. No other human has the reflexes necessary to survive much less win that podrace. That podracer was the fastest podracer in the galaxy.
LEIA
I guess this means that we need to start giving her more combat and weapons training.
HAN SOLO
I think Darth Vader is already lining her up to be his Padawan.
LEIA
I don't think we are ready for that.
HAN SOLO
Us? I am worried about the whole galaxy! If Darth Vader wants to cause trouble then a whole lot of people are going to be in aggressive negotiations.
INT. RETRIBUTION CREW QUARTERS
Allana is bounding up and down. Darth Vader is watching her with his body language one of amusement. Leia's voice is coming through Allana's comlink.
LEIA
Well then you can go-
Allana gives a high pitched squeal.
LEIA (CONT'D)
But you will have multiple body guards.

Can I pick them?
Leia sighs.

INT. RETRIBUTION MAIN HANGER BAY
Eleven elite clone commandos are waiting in the bay, in full, white, battle armor with big black backpacks and carrying packs on the backs of their legs and arms, they are talking, inaudibly, with their helmets on. Boba and Mirta arrive, not wearing their helmets, through one door while Chewie and Luke arrive through another door. Luke and Chewie walk over to Mirta and Boba.
LuKE
Did Leia send more troops than she, originally planned?
BOBA FETT
I don't know, but seeing how they are carrying DC-17 rifles, I think that Leia got her wish, about keeping Allana safe.
LuKE
Why do you say that?
After Boba begins speaking, flash backs to the different characters of Star Trek Voyager walking around from previous shots.
BOBA FETT
Nobody on their ship wore the slightest bit of armor, they have no ray shields when I met them, no one except the security team was carrying a weapon, so while they probably have access to weapons they do not know their weapons like the commandos do.
MIRTA GEV
Did you see any force pikes or sonic weapons? What about body shielding?
BOBA FETT
None, to the first question. To your second, there was only one person who might have something like that.
During Boba Fett's last sentence, flashback to Seven of Nine. Flashbacks end.
LuKE
So, what you are saying is that those commandos could take over the ship?
BOBA FETT
With ease, Mirta, Chewie, you, and I could easily do it. With all of us it would be child's play.

Yes, the fourth mode was the Pulsed Energy Projectile or PEP, stun laser, with a fifth attachment for breaching doors, as another grenade attachment.
Darth Vader walks in next to a four inch taller and wider mini-stormtrooper. The outside is cover in Vonduun crab armor. The eleven commandos watch the little stormtrooper, who unlike the commandos is not armed but is wearing Mandalorian crushgaunts.
BOBA FETT (CONT'D)
Who is this?
DARTH VADER
Leia, and Tenel Ka got together to design this armor for Allana. It is made of layers of heavy battle armor with multiple layers of lightsaber and electrically resistant materials.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Yeah, I feel like a tank. While this is extremely flexible, all the layers, which include breathing masks of several different types and filters.
Darth Vader leads Allana, followed by Boba, Mirta, Chewie, Luke and the eleven commandos, over to the Jade Shadow.
INT. Jade Shadow
Luke motions Allana to take the pilot's seat. Darth Vader moves to the co-pilot's seat.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Can you fly anything bigger than a Tie-fighter, Vader?
DARTH VADER
I used to be called the craziest pilot in this and any other galaxy.
AlLANA DJO SOLO
Well, Han would probably like to challenge you for that title.
DARTH VADER
Well, I am a little rusty so that will have to wait.
AlLANA DJO SOLO
POE DAMERON would be willing to sharpen your skills, if not challenge you for that title.
Int. Voyager bRIDGE
Janeway, Tuvok, Tom Paris, and Naomi are all waiting around. Tom, Janeway, and Tuvok are at their stations. The computer beeps.
ToM PARIS
It is them.
Leia's voice comes through over the Viewscreen audio channel.
LEIA
They are on their way, but again I remind you that the girl will have multiple body guards.
Tom Paris turns his chair around to face Janeway with a look of disbelief on his face. Janeway does not respond to Tom. Janeway calmly replies.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
The people you sent before and their body guards are welcome, and because you are nervous I won't send a security team to greet them.
Leia relaxes a little bit. The computer beeps and Tom Paris looks back at his station.
ToM PARIS
The Jade Shadow is about to re-dock, Captain.
Janeway looks at Tom, then back at Leia.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I am going to meet them myself.
Janeway and Leia share a moment of just looking each other in the eye.
LEIA
Bye-then.
The screen goes back to showing the area in front of the ship. Janeway relaxes.
TUVOK
Why are you relaxing?
Janeway chuckles.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Because seeing how armed Boba Fett was, leads me to believe that the body guards will not be armed that much and probably won't have any type of armor.
Janeway and Tuvok exit the bridge.
INT. Voyager BESIDE AIR LOCK 2
Janeway, Tuvok, and Seven of Nine are walking toward the air lock. Janeway and Tuvok are coming from one direction, while Seven of Nine is coming from the other. The light on the air lock turns green.
SEVEN OF NINE
Are you ready for this?
As soon as Seven finishes talking, the door opens and two of the soldiers rush through the door keeping Seven from Tuvok and Janeway. One soldier is facing Tuvok and Janeway and the other is facing Seven. Tuvok raises his hand towards his badge, but Janeway stops him. While one of the soldiers raises his rifle to cover Tuvok. Seven watches with a little bit of fear on her face. The soldiers are carrying their rifles, in a ready to raise and shoot manner. Then Darth Vader followed by Luke start to exit the air lock.
DARTH VADER
Sorry about the interruption, but my daughter is being over protective of my great granddaughter.
Janeway breaths in relief.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Can your soldiers let Seven of Nine through?
DARTH VADER
Just a sec. Troops we'll go back inside.
Darth Vader and Luke go back into the air lock then the two soldiers slowly back into the air lock in a manner that tells Tuvok that they have done this kind of thing before. Once they are both inside the air lock, Seven of Nine walks toward Tuvok and Janeway. The soldiers don't try to stop her. Darth Vader's voice comes from inside the air lock.
DARTH VADER (CONT'D)
Is that every one?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Yes.
Then the two soldiers do the same thing again. Darth Vader and Luke step toward the soldier's back who is facing Janeway, Tuvok, and Seven. Darth Vader places a hand on the soldier's back and pushes a little the soldier walks forward. The other soldier continues to guard the air lock. Tuvok tries to side step the soldier and is met by a third soldier who aims his rifle from chest height at Tuvok's chest.
TUVOK
OK!
Tuvok backs up a little, with his hands raised showing he is not carrying a weapon. Janeway leads Tuvok and Seven in front of the group of people who just boarded, past a hallway where one of the soldiers blocks the intersecting hallway. The soldier who stopped is carrying a Z-6 rotary blaster and is setting up a tripod for a heavy repeating blaster. Janeway notices this.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I am going to have to move our meeting to a storage room because I can't have you leaving armed guards all over my ship.
The mini-stormtrooper walks up behind Darth Vader.
DARTH VADER
He is just making sure we have an escape route.
AlLANA DJO SOLO
If you want to change the meeting place for your ship's security, I do not mind.
You see Janeway, Tuvok, and Seven all share a look of surprise at hearing a young girl's voice. Janeway looks back at the mini-stormtrooper.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Are you the one everyone is here to protect?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
I am.
TUVOK
You certainly require a lot of security.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
My grandmother is a little overprotective. So is my great-grandmother.
Janeway looks at Allana.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I suppose you are wondering why we asked about you...
Janeway waits for Allana to say her name.

How did your family get to be in power in the Hapes Consortium?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
My mother lived a small village in a small primitive village on the planet Dathomir until she meet and fell in love with my father a prince from the planet Hapes, my home world. Later they got married.
Janeway looks at Darth Vader.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
So you never had power in the Hapes Consortium?
DARTH VADER
That is correct, except for when the Galactic Empire took over the Hapes Consortium, for a little while.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Then why do you give of the feeling of a powerful leader?
DARTH VADER
Before I died I was the Supreme Commander of all of the Imperial Military.
TUVOK
Was there any connection between the Imperial Military and the Galactic Empire?
DARTH VADER
The Imperial Military was the military for the Galactic Empire.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Just how big was the Imperial Military?
DARTH VADER
It had over 25,000 main battle ships and millions of smaller warships, support vessels, and of fighters, and bombers.
TUVOK
That explains it.
Janeway and Seven of Nine look on in wonder for a second before shaking it off.

What does that mean being the Supreme Commander of all of the Imperial Military?
DARTH VADER
I was the Commander-in-Chief of all Imperial Forces. And I only had to answer to one figure politically, while being the top person in the military.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
So would I be correct in saying, you pretty much did as you saw fit while in that position?
DARTH VADER
Yes.
Janeway looks at Darth Vader with her arms crossed.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Why do you seem so indirect in answering our questions about yourself?
DARTH VADER
Because of some of the things I did as the second in command of the Galactic Empire, could be considered war crimes.
Janeway and Tuvok share a look.
SEVEN OF NINE
During my time as a Borg drone, I also did things that I am not proud of, including killing and assimilating countless women and children...
Janeway motions for Tuvok to step back so they can have a private conversation.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I think that talking to someone who has done very bad things is helping Seven of Nine deal with some of her past as her new conscience does not like what she did.
TUVOK
I agree.
They walk back and sit down.
TUVOK (CONT'D)

No, he is acting in such a way that reminds some people of how I acted when I first joined the crew of Voyager.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
What was so different about how you joined the crew?
SEVEN OF NINE
I was born human, but at the young age of six, I was assimilated into the Borg Collective.
DARTH VADER
What is the Borg Collective?
Janeway, Tuvok and Seven of Nine all look shocked at that question.

So you mean to tell me that you have never heard of the Borg, before?
DARTH VADER
Indeed.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Think of them as being similar to how you describe the Vong. The Borg are an interesting group, in that they are not a species but a collection of species working together.
AlLANA DJO SOLO
Something like the Mandalorians?
KATHRYN JANEWAY
I doubt it, because I am guessing that the Mandalorians choose to work together verses how the Borg force everyone to work together for one collective goal.
DARTH VADER
That is impossible, there is not a way to force a large number of species that may hate each other forget all of there history and culture.
SEVEN OF NINE
As I was once a Borg, I know how they do it.
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Are they some kind of telepathic or mind manipulators?
SEVEN OF NINE
The Borg collective works because all of the people are drones who are forcibly cybernetically linked.
Allana looks at Darth Vader.

DARTH VADER
Indeed it does.
Janeway looks at Seven of Nine, with a questioning look.

What are these Killiks?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
They are a collection of different bug species working together, though all Killiks share the same genetic code. Be sure to stay away from them, as they can influence you thinking and they can be influenced by your thinking.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Is that such a bad thing?
DARTH VADER
What my great-granddaughter is not mentioning is the fact that they can take on things not just from the conscious part of your mind but also the sub-conscious.
TUVOK
Then they might act on desires we might have but do not act on. Because we know the desires or outcomes would be bad.
DARTH VADER
Correct.
Janeway looks at Seven of Nine.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
Do you remember seeing any bugs or bug like species that match what we have been told in you time in the Borg Collective?
Seven of Nine pauses.

Sorry for the wait, but I wanted to do a through check of my mind during the time I was a member of the Borg Collective.

According to my memory of the Borg data base of species, they encountered nothing like the Killiks.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
So you said that these Killiks are several different species?
DARTH VADER
Generally what happens is like what happens with bees, in that you have specialized groups that each perform specific tasks. In this case each species does one of the specialized tasks.
KATHRYN JANEWAY
How do they communicate?
DARTH VADER
The Killiks have a multitude of means of communication, including pheromones, electromagnetic transmissions, and long distance telepathy. But they are different from the Borg, based on what you have said, in how they communicate.
TUVOK
What is the size range of the Killiks?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
From three centimeters to fifty meters.
TUVOK
That is a huge size range.
SEVEN OF NINE
The Borg Collective was made up of mostly humanoid species, so they would not try to assimilate these bugs, unless the Borg saw something that they wanted from them.
DARTH VADER

But if the Borg where to try to expand into an area with the Killiks, the Borg would just kill the Killiks.

Are these bugs all the same size? Do they have different functions within the hive?
ALLANA DJO SOLO
Almost all of the bugs of the same type were the same size no matter which hive they came from.
DARTH VADER

Are they looking at the ships from the other fleets that are here?
ToM PARIS (V.O.)
No, in fact they seem a little bit scared of the other fleets.

How are the other fleets reacting to this?

They are powering up their shields and weapons and launching fighters, but they are not being aggressive in that the fighters are staying very close to the bigger ships behind us while the newcomers are staying in front.

They typically hate all electronic technology and verses how you and I might want a massage for pleasure, the Yuuzhan Vong that is the proper species title, would go to a massage FOR pain.

I remind you that they almost took control over the entire galaxy and beat almost every military into dust, besides wiping out the entire populations of multiple planets.

I do not know. Since I was not alive during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, I can only tell you a little, but the odds are about fifty-fifty.

They do not like Force users in general so they do not like the Sith or the Jedi, very much. In extreme cases they would try to hunt us down.

How would they do this?
DARTH VADER
There are some animals originally from our galaxy that would hunt their prey using their ability to feel the Force and the Vong have their own animals that will try to track us through the Force.
Allana puts away her comlink. She looks at Darth Vader.
