I woke up in the place I've called home for...Who knows how long. I live here with mama, a beautiful Espeon, and papa, a strong Umbreon.
Today was a very special day. My tenth birthday. Mama and Papa are going to take me into the forest outside of our home for the first time!
I walked outside into the little room we consider the living room. I thought it was huge, then again, every room is big to a little Eevee...
I saw mama looking worriedly outside and my dad was nowhere seen. "Mama, where's papa?" I asked. She seemed unaware I was there, since she looked back at me quickly.
"Oh! Morning, your father is outside speaking with some other pokemon..." She said as she gestured towards the window.
I looked out and saw 2 Pokemon talking with papa. One I recognize as an Absol, but the other I didn't have a clue about what. It was a quadruped with sharp fangs, orangish fur, and kind of striped. It looks like a dog maybe.
Me and my mom both walked outside. I stayed by the door, but my mom started walking towards them.
The giant dog Pokemon seen my mom and shot a fireball like thing at her. Her eyes went wide and she, for the first time I've seen, looked scared. The absol pierced my dad through the neck with his horn, and like my mom, he looked scared.
The dog like Pokemon pounced on her and clamped down on her neck. I just stood and watched, frozen by fear. The Pokemon that just killed my parents seemed to have either overlooked me or something because after they finished, they walked away.
After they were gone, I collapsed and started to sob. I couldn't believe it. "...M-Mama...Papa…" I quietly cried.
After about ten minutes straight of crying I slowly dragged my moms corpse behind the place we called home and buried her. I did the same with my dads. I then ran off into the forest, tears running down my face.
