Ok, this is my very first attempt at 10Rose fiction. Up until now, I've only written CSI fics, so this is a completely new area, and I hope I do justice to all the other 10Rose shippers out there.
This fic was based on a rumour about the trailer that's going to be aired on Saturday, which was posted on Planet Gallifrey.
"Doctor? Doctor, where are you?" Donna wondered through the TARDIS, peering into various doors looking for him. "Oh, there you are." She said, finding him in one of the bedrooms. "Whotcha doin' in 'ere? Who's bedroom is it?" she looked around and saw him holding the same jumper he'd hidden from her the first time they met. "This is Rose's room." She said. He nodded solemnly.
"I miss her." He whispered.
"Doctor!" Jack yelled from somewhere in the TARDIS. "Doctor, I got the transmitter working!" The Doctor's head jerked up as Captain Jack skidded into the room.
"It's working?!" he jumped up excitedly.
"Yes!" Jack yelled and hugged him. "Doctor, Rose is coming home!"
"Oh my God!" Donna shouted. "She's coming back Doctor! Isn't that brilliant?" she put a hand on his shoulder. The Doctor beamed at them both, grinning like a fool.
"Yes." He said. "Brilliant."
