Takes place after the first anime/Visual novel, from Mayushis perspective. To her, nothing happened. To Okabe, everything changed, he was a different person as a result. How does Mayuri react? That her oldest and best childhood friend was on a long a hard journey where she was unable to join him.

How long has it been, since Okabe Rintaro had disappeared? It must've been several long months. It was crazy to believe that such an important personality in her life had suddenly vanished. Yet still, there was nothing she could do about it. Until she suddenly caught of the phantom of a man, that looked like him, yet was not...

When Okabe travels back in time to save Kurisu the first time, the other Okabe sees him. This is a one shot. I rated it T because of minor violence and maybe a bit of coarse language (but not too bad)

The long awaited day came: the 23rd March 2025. Everyday of this year, Kurisu was half expecting Okabe to die tragically anytime. Even though Kurisu had dozens of sleepless nights, just thinking about it, she was never prepared for when it really happened: when her lost loved one died.

Unknown attractor field, unknown world line: "Are you ready, Okabe?". He breathed heavily and tried to calm himself, before he answered, "Ready when you are". With a flick of a lever a bright light luminated the room, as he disappeared. Sidenote: this is kind of a sequel of my other book, 'The Disclosure of the Domino Effect', but you needn't have read it.

After the successful attempt at saving Okabe from his Reading Steiner overload, he continues to live his life as a normal college student enjoying the peace with his friends. Half a year later Kurisu decides to visit Japan again, to see her friends. But to Kurisu's horror, Okabe got caught in a mess again...

Steins;Gate Future is coming out soon, and Maxine is one of the first to play the English version. Surely this will just be an innocent story about a girl playing a visual novel, right? ;) Spoilers for Steins;Gate and Steins;Gate 0
